Over priced. Nearly impossible to get hold of someone to change a specialist referral to a different specialist as the one they originally referred to is booked out for over 6 weeks.
This is my favourite clinic, not as busy as the main centre in Silverdale. Last year my long serving GP Rebekah Thompson has left. So greatful for her exceptional care, but her replacement Paul Kim is proving to be equally capable. Finally about the comments made about the receptionist: I did not find her " unfriendly". She does her job well.
Took my wife to this place who. 7 minits late they refused to see her and look down on the patient in hand they should not be in the service which one person who was so sick at there other branch he didn't have $150 and refused to see him disgusting and to think they allow this type of practice to happen In new Zealand know
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of basic compassion and generosity at Millwater Medical. My 10-year-old daughter had an urgent need to use the restroom, yet the female receptionist refused to let her use the medical center’s bathroom. Is this really the standard of care and kindness that they stand for? Denying a child in need? Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would expect a place that promotes health and well-being to at least show some empathy, especially toward a child. This experience has left us with a very poor impression.
cut my girlfriend's and my roadtrip short to make an appointment in time. drove 3 hours for them to say the appointment is cancelled. we were not informed at all.
I have had one good experience here with a doctor in person but everything else has been very poor. I have had incorrect prescriptions sent to pharmacies twice; and had requests for further help for health issues met with dismissive responses. Repeat prescription requests put through via their recommended portal have to be chased up with a phone call and I was surprised to receive a $40 invoice for this (non-urgent) request. Fee information around repeat prescriptions is unclear.
Very good staff on site. Enjoy visiting my doctor who truely does care.

Good medical centre. Heard the doctor's fees are high here. My normal doctors is Coastcare Red Beach. I had to have cancer checkup and small skin sample taken to be sent off to the lab. Lucky I went though The hospital board they paying all medical fees.Now have to play the waiting game for tests to come back. Thanks Dr Andrew Webster for helping me.
