Amazing doctors here especially Dr Morrison always ready to listen and help. Nothing is too much for this caring man.

Can’t recommend this team more! I went during a very busy October. The receptionists and staff put in a huge effort to see me urgently. They were polite, friendly and caring. Dr Chou was empathetic which is a rare and very appreciated and strong value to have as a doctor. On top of this they were affordable. Thank you team Greenstone!

I lodged a complaint regarding my experience at the clinic and received a call back—only to be given a verbal warning for allegedly being disrespectful. Rather than continue a phone call that was clearly going nowhere and only escalating my frustration, I chose to end the call. As expected, the issue was framed as entirely the patient’s fault, rather than addressing the behavior of the staff involved. Janet, contrary to how she’s being portrayed, was not helpful during the interaction. It’s unreasonable to demand respect from patients while failing to offer any in return. What’s more concerning is that poor treatment by front-of-house staff appears to be tolerated, while patients who raise these issues are reprimanded instead. Where is the fairness in that? This kind of response from management only reinforces the toxic environment within the clinic. It’s no surprise that people are choosing to leave. The ongoing issues and lack of accountability need to be seriously addressed. Subject: Formal Complaint – Denial of Medical Attention by Reception Staff To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the treatment I received at your clinic, specifically the refusal to provide medical attention when it was needed. I find it both unacceptable and concerning that a non-medical staff member — in this case, your receptionist — has the authority to decide who is granted access to a doctor and who is turned away. This is not only inappropriate but potentially dangerous. At no point was my medical situation assessed by a qualified professional. Instead, I was dismissed without consideration, based solely on the receptionist’s uninformed judgment. You have no understanding of my current health condition, and yet your staff took it upon themselves to deny care. This is not just a poor practice; it is a breach of duty to your patients. I also wish to highlight the systemic issue within your front desk staff. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed and personally experienced a dismissive and selective attitude from receptionists at this clinic. There is a clear pattern of unprofessional conduct, where staff appear to pick and choose who they deem worthy of assistance. This behavior is unacceptable in any healthcare environment. Furthermore, your clinic receives government funding to maintain patients on your roster — myself included. You are happy to receive these funds, yet when it comes time to provide the corresponding service, you are unwilling or unable to do so. If your patient load is too large to accommodate timely care, then it is your responsibility to provide a suitable and accessible alternative — not to turn people away at the front desk. Lastly, I must call out the specific conduct of Janet, who refused me access to medical care. It is entirely inappropriate for administrative staff to make clinical decisions, and I expect this issue to be addressed internally with the seriousness it deserves. I request a formal response to this complaint, including an explanation of your clinic’s policy on triaging patients, and what steps will be taken to ensure this situation does not happen again — to me or to anyone else.

Quite disappointed with the whole experience. Went for my sons ORL appointment and they really messed up his referral. Had to contact them multiple times to get it sorted. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. A grocery store operates at a better standard than this medical facility.

Always have a good experience here. Unlike my last clinic, these guys actually listen to me, they're friendly and they give good advice. They do get quite busy, but as long as you book in advance you won't have a problem.

Been going to this GP since I was a child but they have really overcrowded themselves now! Can’t ever get through on the phone, can’t be see during the week as they’re always booked up. Waiting over an hour on the phone which supposedly says I’m in position 1 in the queue that I’ve been waiting in for 30 minutes - there’s no way in those 30 minutes both receptionists were on the phone/busy???? Somethings needs to be done with their phone system. I understand the shortage of drs, the drs here are GREAT! But it’s the wait on the phone & wait to even be seen is not worth it - especially when it comes to my child.

The best doctors I have ever known. They really care about their patients, go the extra mile and are always kind and caring. Truly make a huge difference in people's lives.

The worst reception ever. How rude are these guys. I've called 5 times n the lady answered and hung up straight away on all 5 calls. What a joke. My son is sick and this is how they serve the public.
