I was very impressed by the service I got. I was very nervous going in, but the Dr and nurse were very friendly and helpful. I got a next day appointment when I called and everyone at the center was very helpful. Thank you :)

Very rude and poor customer service for blockhouse bay and false information given I called in for help for my 12 year old daughter to be seen by a counsellor and told us we could get a couple of free sessions because of the age and situation only to find out when I called in again they rejected us seeking help and gave us false hope and turned us away. It’s so sad Becuase we believed this organisation is about helping families yea right only helping for public image they just as bad as work and income do better for our pacific island families and don’t bother commenting to ask us to private message you guys own up to your poor service and lies and tell the public what this service is really about. Most of yous are just helping those you know and not the ones that really needs help. We were registered there and all of a sudden out of the blue we found out we were registered and the time we were really rock bottom and needed help and guidance how shameful instead of letting us know you guys just did it out behind our backs. Disgusting behaviour

The woman on the phone from the call centre told me that if I wanted an appointment at short notice that it was an emergency and I had to go to an A&E…what a joke! She then said most of their appointments are booked three weeks in advance..so the moral of this story is don’t bother being a patient here unless you know three weeks in advance that you are going to get sick. DISGUSTING

Customer Service sucks.. GP visits no good for me , my wife & my kids. Not taking the time to thoroughly check our symptoms.Just fast to write out a prescription and send us on our way. We don't feel valued, they just eat our money. Over all bad service. Govt& ADHB needs to investigate.

Booked an over the phone appointment & never got called, when I rang back to tell the call centre they said they had no appointments available till the following week. Absolutely horrifying service. Took my daughter for her checkup here which was FREE & upon leaving the lady at the desk said I had to pay $19 for my consultation to which I said why? My daughter is free & she replied the dr said he gave you a consultation? which he did not & I told her well you get the dr to come out here & tell me what he consulted me on to which she spoke in their language with the male dr laughed & then said I didn’t have to pay. My appointment was less than 15 minutes & they tried to make me pay for a service in which I didn’t receive. Get better staff who know what they’re doing & don’t waste my time.

Last Friday I asked for my daughter's repeat prescription, still I didn't get yet any response. That's urgent. I am not satisfied. I had to wait long phone queue. That is not a good service.

The doctors I've seen here treated me like a waste of time. If I asked questions, they sighed and didn't even look up from their computer when responding. The Henderson branch is FAR nicer, so I would recommend moving to them. The one good thing about this branch is the receptionist. She is lovely!

Terrible customer service! I have a reoccurring medical condition which requires antibiotics, and I was trying to get an appointment with a nurse, instead they put me through to see a doctor a week after ('You should book a week in advance!' - oh thanks, Sherlock, apparently i KNOW EXACTLY when I'm going to get sick). Now, my medical condition is painful and makes the life pretty miserable. Receptionist is absolutely unprofessional, could not understand what I wanted (SEE A NURSE?). My partner had to call them and explained the situation to another women (Kelly), after which I was told that I could come in to see the nurse. I came in, the receptionist still was completely oblivious to everything, made me wait for about 20 minutes, until a consensus of staff (medical? janitors? who knows) decided I should not wait, that no one will see me and I won't get antibiotics. Normally, I could ask for the prescription online, but I just transferred here from another place, so I don't have a new patient's login. I'm actually not sure if they know what computers are, so... The nurse would be able to actually LOOK into my file and get all the info to be able to help me, but no, why let professionals do their job when there are idiots around. Not coming back to this awful place and looking for a new medical center.
