This is very disappointed for the service. This is first time I had a bad experience about family doctors. Time management is poor, unacceptable. Staff and doctor are poor communication, unprofessional job. I know the clinic busy but I wait for at least 2 weeks for appointments. Also, my appointment at 11:45, I am been early a hour at clinic to make sure my appointment, so no one tell me they missed my appointment or any problem. I have to wait till 12:05 and ask the reception second time about my late appointment. They said doctor had other patients be with me soon. Then 12:30 I asked again being late 45m because I show my appointment on the app automatically gone without say anything . Then now she said they missed my appointment, why you do not tell me straight away from 10:30am when the first you checked it on the system. You cannot say not show anything because you gave me document to sign. I really do not know why missing my appointment but on the system app show my appointment. Nearly a hour my appointment time I still have to wait for your mistake and waste of my time also have other appointments to do. After a hour, she said doctors cannot see me till 3:45 because she had patient needs ambulance. I understand someone need urgently help but clinic not too big and you guys can communicate or let other patient know you will be late or cancel earlier than. Or this just a reason because you missed my appointment.

Surgery is 5 stars. App is good enough. The surgery and staff at Pakuranga are excellent. We are pretty much forced to use the app though, and it's pretty hard to avoid loading a card against it, which i object to. The app itself is much improved though, much easier to find test results than it was.

This medical practice is the best I have ever found. It has wonderful staff who treat you as people not as numbers and the doctors are all very good and invested truly into your well-being. The health coach and the well-being coach are both amazing as well. They are also a free service which is so helpful to make things accessible for people like me struggling financially. They have their own app which is really cool and easy to use. When you want to book an appointment, change one, send messages, book other services and get repeat prescriptions and more, you can do it easily through this app. I highly recommend this Tend practice at the Pakuranga Medical Centre.

The staff are polite and the doctor is excellent, but the clinic seems very disorganized. Despite having an appointmentβwhich is once in a blue moon occurrence these daysβwe waited over an hour past the scheduled time. What was supposed to be a 15-minute visit turned into a 90-minute ordeal. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication; no one informed us about the delay until we asked multiple times. Being courteous is appreciated, but it's not enough when patients make the effort to arrive on time. The doctor was great, but the experience was overshadowed by clinicβs poor time management.

The tend app is a joke. I booked an appointment and when i turn up to my appointment the receptionist tells me that my booking was cancelled by βotherβ. The app is a waste of time and you cant be booked unless u have sufficient funds on your visa card. It looks like its all about money rather than ensuring patients are seen for health reasons. This not only wasted my time but also I was annoyed. I have being a patient at pakuranga medical centre for many years and they had lovely doctors however recently they have new doctors and I personally feel that my concerns are not being heard. I am thinking of looking for another medical centre that provides better healthcare rather than after your money.

They discriminate and couldnβt care less about their customers Health, only money . I went to make an online booking and they first wouldnβt accept it because I didnβt have a credit card, then when I found one they wouldnβt accept my booking because there was no money on it, as I was wanting to pay cash at the time .What an insult and its just Disgusting behaviour, no more than of corporate greed. This is not even legal especially when you have already been paid by the Government every year for the last 20 years without fail as a retainer paid up front, to look after my family and I when we need it . Iβll be making a formal complaint to the medical board ,and we also now looking for new doctors who care about our health First, before making themselves more money.

Great Online and Reception experience, digital payments via visa made life much easier. Clean, well presented clinic. Negatives: - The app booked me with a doctor who wasn't accepting new patients - The doctor was upset by this, overall unwelcoming experience with GP - If you're a new patient, transferring your files from your previous GP by requesting digitally over the app only fills in your personal info; no relevant medical history was available to my doctor who was upset by this & unhappy with my attempt to summarize briefly. For this reason I'll likely seek another practice; so I don't face the wrath of another Doctor not anticipating my appointment. To Summarise: My GP wasn't happy I had accidentally booked but reluctantly gave me a vaguely-written referral out, no more than a vague diagnosis, one day off work and a distinct lack of a pain management prescription. Basically if you're the unfortunate soul who books with an unavailable doctor, they won't let you forget it and they will do the bare minimum happily. The app itself seems mostly flawless though, thanks.

The medical center looks quite new and there is parking around the back of Courtney Place. I came for a blood test and the facilities were nice. There was also other medical services in the building. There is an entrance off Ti Rakau Drive.
