   We traveled all the way from West Auckland to this clinic, having been told that they would see us without an appointment and that it was free for anyone. We needed guidance on what to do next after discovering that I was pregnant. When we arrived the receptionist was friendly, she called the midwife, who refused to see us despite our long journey and our genuine confusion and anxiety about the lack of information. We were simply seeking someone to provide us with guidance on the next steps. The midwife was completely dismissive and only instructed the receptionist to give us a piece of paper with the contact information of another hospital. This lack of support and understanding left us feeling awful and upset as we had to leave without any information.

   I had gotten a surgery done at Greenlane hospital and after my surgery I got the marina put in and for a whole 5 weeks I have been in so much pain just got back from the doctors and it wasn’t put in properly I have a really bad infection and mass build up of blood clots and now have to go into surgery to get it removed aswell as the blood clots!!!!! Very unhappy about this but the doctors were very nice just to bad one doctor couldn’t do his job right

   My daughter had dental surgery here a few weeks ago. Just want to say thank you to the whole team who took care of her.. Everyone did a wonderful job and she's recovered well. They even gave her a book to take home. Very professional, friendly and gentle staff. Even the nurses and people behind reception did very well.. While waiting some patients came in being quite demanding and noisy. Loved the way the nurses and reception staff handled it gracefully. My only complaint was the amount of people/patients who were smoking outside in a clearly smoke-free area. The other patients were more of an issue than actual staff. I have a lot of respect for the staff here at Greenlane Hospital.

   Had my eye surgery here and very happy with how it has healed. However the wait on my initial consultation was insanely long, making my appointment way later than when I'd booked. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding, especially when I notified them of my fear of needles. My surgeon had a family emergency on the day and they had someone else pick them up, he was very professional but not very pleasant to deal with when it came to actually spending time to explain things to me prior to surgery.

   I had multiple visits at the eye clinic, had experienced long waiting times for every one of my appointments. My last visit was at 13:10pm, I waited 1.5 hours only get to see a nurse followed by waiting further 45 minutes to see a doctor. I had a word with the receptionist, it turned out they got every patient in at the same time at 13:10, I just found it unbelievable! I dad my husband drove me there, many patients had their family or friends to do so, all have to wait, what a waste of everybody’s time! The solution is to simply put patients in different time slots, which frees up waiting room and parking lots, I hear lots of complaints about waiting and expensive parking. Most of nurses and doctors here are very good, but the management need to keep it up. Come on!

   All nurses and doctors are very kind and caring. The clinic is always clean and tidy. The toilet facilities are also available in a good condition. Really appreciate the help and advice the team provided.
