Location is perfect I’m a regular customer at The Coffee Club in Sylvia Park, and I always come back because of the consistently great service — especially from Janette. She’s warm, friendly, and always makes sure my coffee is made just the way I like it. Her professionalism and genuine customer care really stand out. The whole team is lovely, the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the service is always prompt. Highly recommend this location if you’re after great coffee and amazing service. “We often visit this shop as we have family on Waiheke. The kids love buying affordable jewellery for their friends and it's a great place to get some clothing suitable for the island. We have always felt welcome there and the staff play a good second role as a tourist information service. The fact that it is quirky and unusual and a far cry from the chain stores in the city is a bonus . It is a small , busy shop and in these Covid times maintaining social distancing must be difficult to manage. It is great that Waiheke has managed to keep the local shops going as it is such a huge part of the village charm.”

We had a wonderful experience, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the nurse who administered our vaccines. I’m truly sorry and a little regretful that I didn’t get her name—but she is, by far, the best nurse I’ve ever met. My daughter has always been very afraid of injections, and today she was extremely anxious. But this nurse showed extraordinary patience and used incredibly effective techniques to guide my daughter through the process smoothly. Afterward, my daughter kept telling me, “Mum, I really like that nurse—she’s the best nurse in New Zealand!” I hope that by leaving this 5-star review, I can help pass on the kindness she gave us to others as well. “After reading some of the appalling reviews I had to leave something positive. The staff here are always pleasant and the lady behind the counter in particular is always friendly, and has been for the past few years I've been coming here. It has a lot of the things we might need without having to go further to the supermarket, and I've never once witnessed any even remotely negative behaviour by any of the staff. The prices are slightly higher than the supermarket conglomerate but exactly what you'd expect from a local superette. Never once had an issue with anything we've bought or any of the people working here.”

More often than not, they have stuff that other pharmacies don’t and also a wide range of makeup and perfumes that are out of stock in other stores.
