   Came here for an ice cream at 7.40pm on a Wednesday. There was a sign in the cabinet saying they are available from 12pm-8pm on a Wednesday, yet 2 girls behind the counter refused to serve us and said they have to close early to clean. Maybe the sign should be updated to 7.30 then!? Also your website says they should be open from 12-9pm on a Wednesday...

   Service is getting worse every time we visit the shop. Last time we asked for two brownie sundaes and there were two available brownie slices, however they said we can only make one as we have to keep one brownie slice available at the display all the time. What a strange reason!!! What you are gonna tell the next customer, we ran out of brownies while your display shows you still have.

   The quality of this icecream has dropped drastically. Where the brownie and cookie pieces used to be soft and fudgy, they are now dry and hard. The icecream itself also not the best. Half baked used to be my favourite but I will most likely refrain from buying it again
