   Me and my friend who are both 12 came into the store wanting to try on some tops. As we walked in the owner gave us an unwelcoming glance. We shared a changing room and as soon as I put my first top on we were told to hurry up. The owner kept rushing us after less than five minutes of being there. We only managed to try on one top each that we were considering buying but we walked to the counter and here is what she said "ok girls I'm sorry but I have had customers walk out of the shop seeing as there are no changing rooms and you were both just playing around" at that point we decided we were not going to pay here so we handed in the tops and left. Do not recommend supporting her

   We often visit this shop as we have family on Waiheke. The kids love buying affordable jewellery for their friends and it's a great place to get some clothing suitable for the island. We have always felt welcome there and the staff play a good second role as a tourist information service. The fact that it is quirky and unusual and a far cry from the chain stores in the city is a bonus . It is a small , busy shop and in these Covid times maintaining social distancing must be difficult to manage. It is great that Waiheke has managed to keep the local shops going as it is such a huge part of the village charm.

   My friends and I came to this store to purchase some bracelets. We were rudely approached by this elderly lady, which I am presuming she is the owner. She told us to hurry up because she is closing although we have checked the times on google when they were closing (5pm). We came around 4pm and she was starring us down and telling us rude comments. Other customers were walking in but did not treat them the way she treated us. I was shocked about this. Very terrible customer service.

   A friend and I went in at 430 (half an hour/hour before closing) and were rudely told to be super quick as the shop worker wanted to close the shop early, without a proper greeting. She was incredibly cold to us and repeatedly asked us to hurry up. My friend ended up spending a fair amount of money as she didn’t have time to try everything on, as we were being physically kicked out. Cool clothes but terrible service.

   The older lady working there who i believe is the owner was super rude to me and my sister. She told us to hurry up when we were in the changing room after being in there for less than a minute, along with giving us rude looks as if we were doing something wrong the entire time we were in the store. We were both planning on buying some clothes but decided not to after basically being kicked out of the changing room.

   Really rude customer service. Was followed around the store as the lady working there clearly thought I was up to no good. When I bought my items up to the counter and said "I think its 10 dollars" I was met with a huge eye roll and was told "I think I'll add it up myself". She proceeded to count up the items in the most condescending tone and loudly and slowly as if I was stupid. I actually saw the disappointment and shock in her face when the total actually was $10. I've been a customer for years, but unfortunately won't be back. Judging by these other reviews I'm not the only one.
