I really like the style of furniture they sell. Also the last 2 purchases l have made l found they were advertised in the House and Garden Magazine. My significant other kindly popped out got them. How fabulous is that?
Very poor customer service from the Tauranga store from the time we ordered to when we collected the furniture in store. The staff doesn't seem to have recieved any training, or perhaps have the ability to grasp basic customer service. Be better Tauranga store.

Bought a couple a varses from freedom, looked great in the house but when put to the test, had flowers in one leaked all over the table. Took it back to the shop and was refunded without any problem. Thank you freedom.
Helen was amazing! She was so helpful! She was helping my nana choose some cushions that matched her couch. She really took the time to make sure she was happy with her purchase. Really outstanding customer service!
Purchased a couch few months ago. Staff in the store were lovely and very helpful. I'm giving 1 star because of our experience after receiving the couch, having a fault with it and the subsequent lack of service to get the issue resolved. It's been 5 months now I believe since the fault of collapsed foam in 1 of the 2 main cushions. We still have half an uncomfortable couch, have not heard anything about when replacement will happen and we try to contact customer service but never get returned calls. At the point where I want my money back!
Spent thousands on a lounge suite recently and paid for the warranty/cover for spillage. Split some coffee rang them. Get told we actually have to lodge it with another company that is based in Australia. Call them, it's Australia Day so closed. Call them back the next day and have to email evidence. Done. No reply. Call them again, they half apologise and arrange someone to come. No one comes. Ring them again and they say they've contacted a 'local' company. It's Auckland Anniversary by then so it's another day we can't contact anyone. That company finally gets in touch and says it'll be a few weeks before they can do the job - won't the stain be harder to remove??? Call the NZ company again a few days later after not hearing anything. Turns out they aren't local and are based over an hour an a half away and actually won't come to do the job at all. Ring Freedom to inform them. They tell me they "can't help" and I have to ring the Australian company again. What a joke. I've spent over 20k with Freedom in the last couple of years but this was probably my last purchase. You can't sell a warranty or service and not honour it and refuse any responsibility to fulfil it. Abysmal experience. Order number #6050020006434 Sort it out and I will consider amending my review
