DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM THIS PLACE! I’ve had 4 vapes from here that come cracked on the inside and the battery’s come out!
If you’re having the best day so far and go to this shop it will automatically make it the wort day ever mainly because of the vibe you’re getting. The lady at the counter is NOT friendly at all and does not serve with a smile just last week my daughters came to their shop after their sports tournament wanting some fresh energy drinks, they weren’t even loud, but the lady told them off for celebrating their wins when they have been working and running all day in the sun. It’s free to be kind, ugly to be cruel to little kids enjoying their youth, do better please.
I am never going back to this shop especially because of how rude the lady was at the counter and I also know many people who have been there and have had the exact same experience with her. She has a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE towards people and I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
Do not go here. So so rude the lady in this store is beyond gross! she should not be working, I’ve witnessed 3 times now where she yells at her own customers and over charges everything she can for no reason. disgusting behaviour
After reading some of the appalling reviews I had to leave something positive. The staff here are always pleasant and the lady behind the counter in particular is always friendly, and has been for the past few years I've been coming here. It has a lot of the things we might need without having to go further to the supermarket, and I've never once witnessed any even remotely negative behaviour by any of the staff. The prices are slightly higher than the supermarket conglomerate but exactly what you'd expect from a local superette. Never once had an issue with anything we've bought or any of the people working here.
Brought about 3 trays of eggs here $20 each. About 12/20 were rotten.
Always manage to find what I need here, and the owners are so polite and respectful
Absolutely *Disgusting* place to be honest, everything is unorganised, customers are all clustered together, no space or room to move around. BAD store manager and customer service, lady at front counter is HORRIBLE... Bad attitude and communication amongst the whole team at Three Brothers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!
3 BROTHER FOODMART MASSEY WEST ABHORRENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 DAYS ago my partner went into 3 BROTHERS FOODMART..MASSEY WEST AUCKLAND. He brought tray of eggs for $6.99.. upon cracking ope n the second egg..I was overwhelmed with the most rotten smell..which I still can't get out of my kitchen).. the egg was clearly rotten.. My partner cracked open another outside in a bowl..and it was rotten also.. So I returned back to 3 BROTHERS FOODMART..in Massey.. and politely explained the product was clearly nor up to standard to sell. .and requested my money back.. The older gentleman owner of the store ..then proceeded to argue with Me about wen the eggs were purchased..(it was less than a week ago.. ).. The lady owner then joined in by saying "u can't even prove u brought then here!"..I explained we were way passed that.as her husband had already acknowledged they were brought in their shop.. I quietly said ..I would just like a refund..and not another tray of eggs??? I was given $6 refund..(.99)..ahort of wat I paid for product ..and RUDELY TOLD TAKE YPUR RUBBISH WITH YOU..referring to the rotten eggs they sold me.!! AND THEB TOLD IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS "DONT COME BACK TO OUR STORE AGAIN"???? what??? The he'll???. They sell me a rotten food product and upon politely asking for a refund..I'm argued with..and told NOT TO COME BACK TO THEIR SHOP AGAIN??? SHAME ON U AND YOUR DISCUSTING ATTITUDE..U EXHIBITRD TO A CUSTOMER WHO SPENDS MONEY DAILY IN YOUR STORE.. Lots of parking available . I good variety of household products and goods. Well signed placards of items in each aisle to find what you are looking for. A clean and tidy mart. Specials on certain items. Friendly staff. I bought drinks and chocolate.
