    A very good group who kept me up to date on when and time the technical person would arrive and did so on time. The technicians work was thorough and was able to temporarily repair the freezer until a new part can be sourced. Thank you for great service, the service person who came to my house was very prompt and diligent on the job I was kept informed as to what was needed and would try and sauce the part required. I will definitely use your service again. Thank you.

    Brilliant service - Appliance Care's technician Swadesh was friendly, quick and very good at fixing two appliance problems we had, on separate occasions. Seemed like a miracle worker. Next time I would ask for Swadesh. Very helpful and highly recommended.

    Excellent service, called Tuesday, booked in for Thursday, I thought the belt had gone on my heat pump dryer, turned out the pulley was worn, he had another one at hand and my dryer was fixed. Very happy with the service, would recommend and will use again when needed. Received the invoice a couple of hours later. Thank you.

    Stay away from this company. Their lack of professionalism, lies and poor service are exemplified in their response to this review below :) This company has the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were so unprofessional and had no communication. Honestly, just avoid them. Why? A "one week job" took over month. They lost our washing machine. The freezer's ice maker was never fixed yet they tried to charge us for it. They ordered parts that were not needed. They lied on their invoices. An escalated complaint was never responded to and still has never been responded to. They would claim they emailed, when they hadn't. They would claim they called, when they hadn't. They lie. See below. ***EDIT to their response below in case they edit it. It has been paid and I emailed you. Check. Your. Emails. Sidenote: They emailed the invoice on 27 June with a payment date of 27 June. It's now 9 July and I had been waiting for their response to my email. Is that a month? No wonder they take 3 weeks to respond to emails and phone calls. More lies and unprofessionalism. Still no apology. "Response from the owner Hi Bren Thanks for your review. If you could please sort out the outstanding bill would be great. As its been month we are chasing. Thanks Amy"

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please read and pay attention to the 1 star reviews this business has received; I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone. Edit: No, Amy, I won't be contacting your company again because you take weeks to respond to anything that isn't a public review. Such scam artists.

    I contacted April 6 and the they did a visit April 20. Fast forward to May 29 and we had received no contact. I emailed to follow up as hadn’t received any comms or an invoice for the $99 call-out we were quoted. May 30 they replied saying the part was not available and they’ll contact me as soon as it’s available. June 30 received an invoice for $133.85. July 12 receive an email saying the part will take another 12-15 weeks to arrive. Cancelled and questioned the invoice cost being more than what was quoted. Got a response with a basic break down which was not covered in initial request. Really disappointed in wasting my time with this company

    Appalling contact. I arranged to have a dryer repaired - these guys came over for a visit, confirmed it needed repairing, and suggested they would arrange to come and pick it up the next week. Three weeks later I receive an invoice for the site visit and a request to arrange a collection - which I tried. Then 8 weeks after the original visit, I receive a call asking if they can come pick it up. Sorry mate, it's the middle of winter, I've already arranged it with someone else. Absurd way of running a business.

    This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. The level of communication and customer service is almost non existent. There’s no way it can take 6+ months to fix something. They will also try to charge you for their mistakes. Again… due to a lack of communication. Take your money elsewhere!!

    Absolutely terrible communication, never answer their phone or reply to emails - promised to be phoned back on multiple occasions but they never did. I told them what was wrong over the phone, yet was still charged a call out fee just for them to come over and tell me what I had already told them... Then when it came to Actually trying to book them in for the work they went no contact. They seem to rely on charging for the call out fees rather than actually following through with any repair work. Edit: "all the hassle you created for us" the only Hassel I created was that I accepted your quote and asked you guys to repair it. I fail to see how trying to book you in for the work you quoted is "creating hassle", all I did was try to get in touch with you to book it in - yet you never responded to me.
