“Had the loveliest experience at Lorna Jane Riccarton today. I called in feeling a bit insecure, but was answered with so much kindness and encouraged to come in anyway. The two women on shift around 11am were incredible — they spent over an hour helping me find pieces that made me feel confident and cosy for winter. “I have been here multiple times and these guys are awesome! They always fit me in last minute which I appreciate. The first time I thought I had a puncture and they had my car for a few hours and checked them and couldn’t find anything and didn’t even charge me, another time it was for a WOF and most recently I did actually have a bad puncture but turns out I needed 2x new tyres which are very expensive being run flats but was so appreciative they gave me the best possible price. I’m a single mum so always nervous about being taken advantage of with unnecessary repairs but that definitely doesn’t happen here. Thanks guys :)”

“Located groundside at the Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal in the food court with sushi, noodles and McDonald's, I received friendly service this morning. The last thing I'd eaten was cheese wrap thing on the plane and that was three hours earlier. With a name like "Best Ugly" how could I not? Prices are clearly marked on the large menu board. I opted for the bagel with "house chocolate hazelnut spread" and it did not take long until my name was called. The bagel is served in a paper tray that is super easy to take with you through security if you like but I had time to sit and enjoy it here. Slightly toasted and completely covered in spread, this was a great late breakfast.”

“My family and I drove here from out of town after a horrendous experience with a terrible, arrogant pharmacist and we are so glad we came here! Not only are the products affordable but the pharmacist who helped us was so lovely and helpful (unlike the one that was so arrogant in the town some 180km away). The pharmacist was so patient and spent so much time helping us even though she seemed quite busy, I think she was the manager but she took us to look at multiple options and explained them all so we could pick the right product Also feeling so so sorry for what they have to deal with. While we were there some horrible man was yelling at the staff blaming them for something that sounded very much like the guys own fault. And based on the reviews too. Some people really just dont understand how things work. Of course ID's have to be physical, anyone can present a digital/photo of one...thought this was common sense. Another one...it can't really be their fault if they havent got your prescription, it's your own responsibility to follow that up, how rude to expect them to do it for you. Also most companies who hire guards/bouncers source them through other companies so how is it the pharmacy's fault who they get as a guard? Shouldn't complain via a review about a guard but to the company the guard works for probably Honestly many of the people complaining about being treated like they're dumb do sound dumb... Give this pharmacy's staff a raise especially with all the idiots they seem to have to deal with yet they still provide great service. We will definitely be back and will recommend them to others”

“Save Mart is great for second hand clothing, especially when you are looking for something specific. It tends to be higher priced than other op shops, but it can be worth it, when you don't want to drive around all day looking for something.”

Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people.
