I ordered a chicken and cranberry panini and was served that including tomato and cheese. Complained to the staff and they told me itβs the company that dictates what goes into their paninis. Never heard of a chicken and cranberry panini with tomatoes and cheese. Lol. So opted for the croissant instead. Lol
The wife and I had a light lunch at the over rated Coffee Club . I had loaded fries and the wife ordered toast with butter and jam. After waiting forever for the "toast", I could not believe the insult they called ," toast". The bread was not even toasted and the butter and jam was spread (almost) on the bread. See the fotos attached.The presentation was something one would expect to find in an orphanage or a soup kitchen.WILL NEVER VISIT THAT PLACE AGAIN.
What is their bacon?? Bacon comes in rashers and I always ask for it to be crispy. This bacon was circular in shape and like floor vinyl in texture! Difficult to cut and unpleasant to eat. I was told that my request for "crispy" was the problem and they offered to do another lot. But since it was like a composite meat product and not like genuine bacon I declined. I rarely complain about food but this eggs bene was seriously disappointing. (I have had pleasant enough food here in the past but....)
Great food loved the chicken tacos Cesar salad couldβve done with more dressing and a boiled egg instead of poached but tasted great chicken was juicy definitely will be back service was awesome too
A great location to have a Mall cafe. This one is over priced with mediocre food. The Mexican Prawn wrap was actually deep-fried corn and tasted very bland but sold at seafood prices. The coffee was OK and service good
Charged extra for Public holiday surcharge. No prices or this information indicated that I found on their website before going to the store. The fries were horrendously expensive for the quality and the amount. Will NOT be able to recommend to anyone.
Quality of the meal was good (and consistent to previous visits). Cappuccino (large) could do with another shot of coffee since it was lacking the coffee taste.
Even though they were really busy it was nice and clean tables being cleared and cleaned as soon as people left. The food was really good and came out much quicker than we expected but the coffee is really bad, it is very weak and basically tastes like warm milk.
There was a long hair wedged in my food. When I took it back to the counter they said they would refund half my money because I'd eaten some. I wouldn't have eaten ANY if I had seen the hair sooner! They said it wasn't thier hair, so it wasn't thier fault ... ummm..... you're in a food court with an open kitchen, it could be anyone's hair that has walked past. So rude. I'm appalled by the service and lack of accountability.
