Bought a Gold shosha vape 5 or 6 Weeks ago. Now it is totally broken. As i am Not there and dont have the recwipt anymore it is just trash and already gone... Thanks for vasting my money :(

When in to get a zipo lighter, and the guy looked like he didn't want to be there asked for one the said flat out they that all the piece may not all be there like what why would you be selling it then bro???? Brought it. 1 check, and the guy didn't even ask if I wanted to fulled then said I'll need to buy the whole can of lightning fluid by following up with "oh it will be cheaper to buy it somewhere else " not going back pathetic

If I could give this shop negative points I would. Bought an item there. They gave me the wrong reference. Came back 10 min later after opening it and seeing it was the wrong reference and I had been very clear what product I wanted so 100% their fault. The Pakeha young woman who was the lead staff that day starts trying to gaslight me and pouring excuses to not refund: "you already used it", which I insisted I didn't, so she moved on to her next gaslighting assumption "you don't have the receipt", which I did have as well. Over a 7$ product... brilliant... Seeing she was clearly an utter and absolute complete beeeep, I just left because I didn't feel like arguing with "cupid" and decided I would just trash this shop in the reviews for this behaviour and buy another one at VAPO. Walked to VAPO just 100 meters away, they sorted me out, vented a bit and they get complaints about Shosha all the time... Walked back to Shosha to tell them in their face I wasn't impressed and to ask talk to the manager. And of course the service narc that had been trying to gaslight me tried to blame-shift the entire situation by now trying to make my upset the issue. Clearly skipped the part of the training where they learn to not mistake an unhappy customer with an aggressive one. I diplomatically expressed my upset and she insulted me by calling me "aggressive", that is so not OK. The manager made only one phone call attempt to me and is seldom there. I wish Shosha bankruptcy with all my heart and I know I am not the only one. What is the point of running a business that makes so many people unhappy and keep collecting terrible reviews?! I can't stand mediocrity and companies like Shosha are everything I despise most about how to run a business: slack, rude, messy, unreliable, irresponsible, cheap. Just go to VAPO seriously, they are tidier and much MUCH more professional. Shosha is a slack company with a serious problem of not being able to hire professional staff and train them properly. VAPO is the GOAT.

Bought a vape that was replaced I see warranty from this store. Was not compensated at all and was made to come into the store FIVE times to sort this out. Was told that I couldnβt even redeem the full amount for the vape because of a used pod - which I was not informed about. The staff were amazing and helpful - the owner though was hard to deal with and talked so quietly I couldnβt understand him. Safe to say I will never be going to that store again!

Wen I ask for a box of coil, the guy behind the courter just let us wait unil he finished the work he's been doing and then throw a box of coil on the table, in front of us. We feel disrespect and uncomfortable. Please consider it. Thanks.

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The staff will literally sit behind the counter awkwardly watching you while talking between themselves, when you ask for help you wont get much as the staff don't seem trained or have much product knowledge. Products are super overpriced and marked above RRP. Tried giving Shosha a chance as the old staff were nice and they are the only shop to stock a product I like, but the last 3 experiences has made me wonder why I haven't been supporting shops that can actually be bothered.

I rushed there due to no parking, so my mates had to go around to come get me while they dropped me off. I asked for help and I received it with a smile. That's all we ask for I hope. I just wanted to change the strength of my E-Liquid and me being new to vaping, the staff Arjun assisted me with best options and gave me a choice with different flavours. He understood that I was in a rush and cleaned my Vaporizer and refilled it and explained it very well so I could understand the nicotine ranges so it does not affect my throat. My experience at Shosha manners was incredible.. Really appreciate the staff for being helpful and patient with me.
