My go to place for coffee especially before work! Or between breaks. Location is perfect I’m a regular customer at The Coffee Club in Sylvia Park, and I always come back because of the consistently great service β€” especially from Janette. She’s warm, friendly, and always makes sure my coffee is made just the way I like it. Her professionalism and genuine customer care really stand out. The whole team is lovely, the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the service is always prompt. Highly recommend this location if you’re after great coffee and amazing service. Janette and the team truly make every visit enjoyable!

I’ve recently had a bad experience at coffee club located in Sylvia park shopping mall, where I ordered a bacon and banana pancake for the price of $25. The first photo shows the top of the pancake where it was covered with bacon and banana. The second photo shows the bottom of the pancake and how it looks like cardboard, on top of that it tasted like rubber & was very dry. Although the service was good as well as the coffee the food was very disappointing. I must say that not all coffee clubs are the same but this one was not the tahi.

Would not recommend and will not be going again. Ordered the fish and chips and a kids pancakes and both were overpriced for what you get. The portion of the F&C was very small for $26.50! it was just bigger then the length of the sugar packets, It was more batter than fish. The $15 pancakes was so dry and tasted like straight flour I asked for a refund. would’ve rated lower but the coffee was nice and the service was at least friendly from the 1 waitress. From the multiple and recent 1 star reviews it looks like they won’t be very popular for much longer.

I recently had a rather disappointing dining experience at The Coffee Club located in Sylvia Park Shopping Mall. I tried their fish and chips, as shown in the photo. First off, the portion size was incredibly small for the price($29) which was quite off-putting. The fish, although crispy, was underwhelming in size, making the meal feel overpriced and not worth the cost. To make matters worse, the service was equally subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. There was a lack of attentiveness; I had to wait longer than necessary for service, and when I did receive attention, it was with minimal courtesy. This lack of good service compounded the dissatisfaction with the meal itself. In summary, this was a meal that failed to deliver value for money, coupled with service that was far below expectations. I would not recommend The Coffee Club at Sylvia Park for anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience or good customer service.

Came to know that standard coffees they serve at 80 degrees temperatures. Don't forget to ask them warm coffee or else wait for half n hour to get your coffee cool. On the top of that they can ask you to move tables while you are eating your food, so they can start closing. Staff need some training on customer service for sure. Positive side The lady in 40s barista is really kind.

I had potato rosti smashed avo. I ordered without bacon or salmon and asked them to give me chicken instead, they still charged $6.20 extra and I was still ok with it but then they served raw chicken. Informed the staff, manager came back with my plate and said no it's cooked and advised they keep in the freezer hence it's like this. It was stinky raw chicken and I asked them to remove it from my plate and I don't want the money, still refused to even remove the raw chicken from my plate. Pathetic terrible service and uncooked chicken

Service at its worst amongst all coffee club franchises. If you are sitting outside, you will need to get their attention for anything you need. Even basics like salt and pepper are not on table. Their chicken Tacos were plated in poorest possible manner per photos with super sugar syrup like dressing. Grilled Tacos absolutely bland, even lacking salt, all you get alongside for that 26 dollar Tacos is tomato sauce. Calamari was drenched in oil not even slightly drained. Never coming back

Came here for lunch since my dad had gotten me a coffee club card. Food here is not bad, I liked the mexican chicken salad, quite big portion and the chicken was seasoned well. Reminds me a little bit of Hello fresh style. The double angus beef burger was pretty average, the patty was nice but that was about it, the sauce and fillings was very minimal so you are just mostly eating the patty. The bun was slightly burnt. The onion rings was awesome and the coffee was good. The price here is actually quite high, if you don't have the club card. An iced latte is $7.20 while some other upmarket coffee shop in New Market for the same thing is around $6. So overall for me, with club card is worth it, without I will probably go elsewhere.
