   Extremely disappointing experience. I dropped off my daughter’s Mercedes Benz Unimog 24V ride-on car in August for a warranty repair, and four months later it is still not fixed. I kept being told “another two weeks” with no real update, and after calling on 4 December, I was promised a call back that never happened. No communication, no repair timeline, and no accountability. Very poor service.

   I recently bought this kids’ car for my niece, and it was hands down one of the best gifts ever! She was thrilled the moment she saw it — her smile said it all.    I bought a 48v Hilux ride-on car for my daughter, and while the initial purchase process was smooth with quick email responses, that’s where the good service ended. Less than 6 months in, one of the motors blew. I’ve been emailing them constantly for months now with no resolution and the odd response. It’s been a complete waste of time and money. Terrible customer service – they’re happy to take your money, but once there’s a problem, they disappear. Absolute joke of a company. Would not recommend to anyone.

   Purchased the can am 48v car, great toy and the kids love it but steering wheel has broken off twice now within 1 month… I have emailed last week and still waiting for a reply 800 dollar toy, for the brand, price, and off roading in the description I expected a bit better quality. It’s a 7yr old driving it on pavement for a few weeks…

   customer service was good when they were trying to make a sale once that had made it they didnt care at all. Asked via facebook on Monday when they are able to dispatch prior to buying was told that they would dispatch the next day (Tuesday) so I ordered right then and there no contact received by Wednesday with tracking or anything so I emailed them and got no responce back at all (still havent) waited another 24 hours (Thursday) and contacted viz facebook. They didnt bother to read my question in the first place. Blamed the courier company because they didnt bother to follow through on what they said and didnt even log the item with NZ Post until Wednesday and still never bothered to send a tracking number or even reply to an email regarding this. Dont bother with the company all they want is money and to not send the parts. I placed a refund request via afterpay after them still not answering my question.

   We recently purchased 24v licensed Toyota Hilux ride on cars for our daughter. This is everything and even more than expected. Comes with 2 keys that are real metal, remote control east to use with 3 speed, park button and reverse. And because it’s 24 volt and it is pretty quick, and it has 2 wheel and 4-wheel drive. This power wheel is also Toyota certified as well.

   Don’t deal with this so called business. They don’t know how to run a business. Warehouse is closed, no sign, etc… phone number is broken. After finding a way to communicate with them via Google map, the person I dealt with is rude, disrespectful and obviously doesn’t know how to serve a customer. He has even threatened me to be careful and that we will take legal actions, and wait and see what we can do. I have records of the communication for anyone interested in doing business with them. I’ve seen other reviews similar to mine for this business. Update: I sent a screenshot of the details of my order at 1:50pm, despite your staff responding to my initial greeting at 1:49pm, no one replied back until 4:19pm. Phone number for your business by searching on Google fails to connect. 098840369 I’m happy to discuss the details over the phone with the business owner.

   Wonderful experience with kidscar. We bought it for our baby's 1st birthday and it has been a great journey on the car so far. The battery life is good and it comes with one of the best theme that your baby will like. We bought interstellar theme and my baby loves to spend time on the car It works inside the house and in the backyard too!

This ride-on car came with a remote so we could control and drive it until my son can do it himself my son loves it !!! Will definitely be ordering again in the future !!!!!.
