   Refund refused. We went to Pascoes Henderson to buy a particular large numbers, stretch band watch for our 90 yr old mother. The staff could not find the watch in store so I bought it click and collect online. They rang 1 hr later to say it was instore. ( found in the window display) it turned out not suitable and a refund was refused even though had they showed us the watch we wouldn't have purchased. Manager was rude and condescending. Now I have a store credit I do not want and no watch for Mum. All this happened within 2 hrs and we felt a refund was fair given they could not find the product in their own store. I'll be using the credit in another Pascoes store but won't be going to any Pascoes in the future.

   I bought a watch this evening from the Henderson branch, the staff were helpful at the time, but I was sold a watch from the display cabinet? I paid full price but while driving home I was inspecting the watch and saw scratches, a few hours later my wife went to return or exchange the watch, but they said their system was down and couldn’t offer me a gift card or exchange? They said to take it to another store and try exchange it there. Quite sad since I spent $300 for a brand new scratched watch.

   I had a lovely experience with Mary-Grace. Upon walking in she greeted me with a beautiful smile, helped cater to my needs and was very patient with what I individually needed. Thank you so much love. A message to the GM - She deserves a pay rise!

   Been there to buy anklet to buy gift for friend. But quality of anklet was bad and even bad costumer service who don't have patience to sell. Not reccomend to go shop next time

   A bully manager to her staff, even in front of customers. Contacted head office about it, never heard back. Appalling behaviour. Won't be shopping there. Plenty of other jewellers to choose from.

   Not very friendly staff here, the vibe you get when you walk in to the store is doom gloom. The lady who served us didn't seem like she knew much and even the lady next to us that was being served by another staff member didn't know what to say to her customer either about a problem she had.
