   I visited this store today looking to purchase a men’s ring. Although my budget was flexible, I was dressed casually, and I felt assumptions were made based on my appearance. I was initially shown only the lowest-priced stainless steel men’s rings. When I asked if that was all the men’s rings available, I was told yes. However, I later discovered higher-quality men’s rings (gold, silver, titanium, etc.) in a cabinet that were not shown to me. No staff approached to assist while I was looking, and I had to call someone over to ask about pricing. The response was vague (“about a thousand”), which felt dismissive and made me feel as though my interest wasn’t taken seriously.    Being warned that jewellery was “really expensive” before being shown anything, then asked for ID, was incredibly off-putting. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel judged or suspected. I won’t shop here again.

   Terrible service, was a busy day but they didn't even acknowledge or serve who had been waiting for longest. Walked out after 25 minutes of being ignored. Michael Hill was just as busy but served us well. Do better pascoes!

   I just want to leave a massive thank you to Colline and Franchoné. My 89 year old grandmother wanted to buy her great-grandchild a special gift for her 13th birthday. My daughter picked out her favourite earrings, and I wanted to subtly contribute to the cost as it was a wee over her budget. These amazing women very discreetly helped me. At the counter, when she went to pay, they kindly said, "Great news! There is a sale on this item today!" To justify the price difference. They caught all the cues in a tight situation. I appreciated it SO much. Thank you, ladies!

   Went there on Wednesday to purchase gold earrings as a gift to myself for a big personal achievement. Spoke to a young staff member who was very rude and condescending which put a big dampner on what was supposed to be an enjoyable treat. This caused me to take my business elsewhere. I am really happy with the beatiful gold earrings I purchased at Goldmark just across the entrance at the same mall. They are far superior quality for a better price with amazing customer service. I would not recommend Pascoes Albany to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

   Actually no stars for Pascoe Albany, because really good friend of ours & his wife went into PASCOES Albany Mall & was asked to show ID to purchase a watch. No one else in the shop was being asked to show their ID. When they asked why they needed to show ID, the shop assistant said they had had lots of burglaries!!! WTFlip! Rude! Consequently they took their $$$ elsewhere

   one of the worst experiences in New Zealand, ruined the lifetime event of mine and stubborn, rude attitude from the staff as well as management. I was supposed to collect my wedding ring but did not deliver in time, had to purchase another one. Worst ever experience!

   Beautifully presented franchise outlet with 2 imported ladies staffing. Found exactly what I wanted in 2 pieces, spent $650:00 on earrings and bracelet. Plenty of selection, no pressure to buy unlike other outlet very close buy.
