The old man (in his 40s) was rude and unprofessional. Gave us attitude and rolled his eyes at us. Told us to go home and search up what we were looking for and then come back to get it when we know what we want. This is not a the first time that guy has done that. We will not be coming back to shop here
Today I visited Skechers and was extremely disappointed with the service. Upon entering the store, no staff member acknowledged or greeted us. My mum was trying on shoes and found a pair she liked, so I approached a male staff member (approximately in his 40s) to ask for another pair so she could try both. He told me he would be with us shortly.We waited in the store for at least 30 minutes, and he never came to assist us. Instead, he went on his phone without acknowledging us or providing any update. Due to the complete lack of service and professionalism, we decided to leave without making a purchase. This was unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store.
My wife found a pair of shoes what she liked unfortunately City store didn't have her seize and was advised to try other store For two days she has been trying to call your outlet but no reply Verry upsetting and not customer friendly.
Came in today we we're served by Ramon you were absolutely amazing you we're so patient with everyone you gave children in the store bags to colour we saw you had some rude customers but you stayed extremely patient thank you for all your help absolutely amazing
Waited in the line for 5 minutes and then got told to wait even longer so that they could help the person behind me. Would rather go somewhere else next time with better customer service.
2 male workers who couldnt be bothered to help. why work retail at that point. Worst experience.

The staff are really helpful and very knowledgable. The assistant manager discovered what was wrong with my Skechers shoes and resolved my correct size right away. I strongly recommend this branch. Amazing staff. Thanks a lot

Horrible experience. I bought a school shoe for my boy and it didn't fit so I went there to exchange it for another one and they didn't have it in stock so I asked for my money back and the lady offered me a gift card so I could use it when the shoe was available. Guess what???? The size I need doesn't exist and I'm not interested in anything else from the store, just school shoes. And they don't refund money if it is in a gift card.
