   This branch is situated at the entrance of Warehouse Manukau. Server was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I choose chicken and French fries which was yum yum. Excellent filling meal with good price.

   Went in today wanting something refreshing for lunch. Went to grab the fruit salad and it was $7 and all brown/old. Opted for dumplings and classic cream bun. I kid you not I got the food 5 minutes ago and the dumplings are cold and stale and tough to chew on and the bun is just sad. Don't recommend. Go into the warehouse and pick up a bag of chips. Cheaper and will satisfy you more.

   Please train your staff in customer service. And the tomato sauce sachets are useless. Squeeze them and tomato sauce goes everywhere. Asian staff were non communicative, probably because English is not their 1st language. Replace squeeze with peel back lidded tomato sauce sachets please. I paid $1 for 2. A good part of it did not end up on the pie but on my hands, no wipes offered and no water to wash my hands, had to go to the Warehouse. Food okay but experience awful.

   We went to the cafe today for lunch we ordered quite a few things added up to 60 bucks. Chess cake and custard pie they were both dry and it looked like it was from the day before same goes to the brownie the chips Aswell were dry and we had to ask for fresh chips and now the kids are having diarrhoea including our 6 months old kid and she's spewing up from the custard pie and cheesecake

   Twice I have eaten the food at this place and I have lefted there with diarrhea. I'm not sure why. Maybe the food was not fresh milk was near off. As I ordered a latte n chicken,don't,cheese cake and dumplings. I am not happy

   Went here for eggs bene. Asked for hash brown too and they said they can sub the ciabatta for the hash brown so that was thoughtful of them. Streaky bacon and just the right amount of sauce. Some places smother in sauce but this was spot on. Hollywood never disappoint with the eggs bene. It was yummm. My go to for a sneaky breakfast

   The eggs and baked beans were ok but the Chocolate Frappe was not a frappe, It was just ice and chocolate and no cream. The coffee was disgusting. The lady serving needs to learn english properly because I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand my English.Very unsatisfied customer. I won't be returning after paying 50$ worth of food. I would like my money back thank you.

   Review 3 years ago: Hot chocolate tasted watered down and I had a sausage roll that smelt like fish. Told the staff and they said “anything else,” no refund or resolution offered. Update: Hollywood has definitely had some improvement especially on their customer service. Chicken and chips is great here.

   The lady was so rude- don't know how to talk to customer. When I told her she can't talk to me like this. she just made face and went inside. Today is the last day I came to your café - no any more. Please tell your staff how to serve and talk to the customer.
