   The furniture is beautiful (durability unknown). However, the service is below par. There is a severe disconnect between the store, warehouse and the delivery company. If an item is lost in transit or lost at the warehouse, it is up to you - the buyer - to find it. I spent 7 months going back and forward between these entities before giving up and getting a refund. And it was only until I demanded a refund that the warehouse immediately found the lost furniture… incredible. But after all the drama I did not want it.

   Really happy with my recent purchase of sofas from Coco Republic in Newmarket. I worked with Adele Mergnat and she was fantastic — super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. The team made everything easy. Highly recommend if you’re after quality furniture and great service.

   If there were zero stars, I would give that. Absolutely no service at all! We’ve called countless times and no one has ever called us back. We ordered a light in August, and they first said it would arrive in September, then November, and now they say December—but still can’t confirm the delivery date. When we went to the store ourselves, we decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. The staff said the manager would contact us, but no one ever did. We left multiple messages and even emailed the head office—no reply at all. This store is unbelievably unprofessional and irresponsible. I seriously doubt how they are still operating. Everyone, do not buy anything from Cocoa Republic New Zealand unless you want to lose your money like what happened with Kitchen n things

   I purchased a beautiful rug from Coco Republic. I knew the exact rug I wanted, so did not need to go into the store. Lavinia Vaipan assisted me over the phone and via email. Lavinia was fantastic to deal with. She made this a painless and easy experience. Great service all around.

   Really happy with my recent sofa purchase from Coco Republic in Newmarket. The staff were super helpful — both in-store and after the sale. I went in to view the sofa before buying and the team took the time to walk me through all the options and answer my questions. The service didn’t stop after I bought it either. Their follow-up and aftercare were excellent, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well looked after. Would definitely recommend if you're after quality furniture and great service.

   Should have really paid heed to all the negative reviews. Good looking furniture and perfectly pleasant to deal with in-store. Ordered and paid in full for a chair that was supposed to take 5 months to arrive, which I was totally fine with. One month into the wait I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to a timber shortage. I struggle to see how it could have taken one month to relay this information and am a little dubious of the timber shortage excuse. Regardless I have absolutely zero faith in their supply chain so would definitely not deal with them again. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed that they would have taken on board all the negative reviews and rectified things. Sadly this doesn't seem to be the case.

   Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. 4/4 items purchased all arrived with faults. The first was resolved, the second was replaced, the third is still waiting to be repaired but it’s been about 5 months. The final one I just asked for a refund because I’m sick of having to deal with their poor customer service. Seems you don’t exist to them when you ask for a refund…they no longer respond to my emails. Though they have pretty furniture, the quality is not that good considering the price and not worth the hassle. I will avoid at all costs now!

   The worst shopping experience ever. Ordered a dining table on Nov 2022. The estimated delivery date is Feb 2023. But they delivered a table can't be installed due to their quality issue so they took it back. They assured me that someone would contact me regarding the matter, but I waited for two weeks without hearing anything. I have to contact them over six times. Each time they said someone would get me in touch in one day or one hour, they never did. They said they would give me an additional discount and delivery in one week or treat my payment as a loan. I accepted it. However, when I followed up after two weeks, they claimed that there was no issue on their side, and they refused to refund my money or the discount. And they don't even know when they can deliver the table. This entire experience has been a complete joke. They took my payment 8 months and didn't deliver the item or respond to my queries. At this point, I have no choice but file a complaint to comcom and hope get my money back.

   I have now purchased furniture items on five different occasions, the last three from Katie at Newmarket. Her knowledge of the products and her service are outstanding. I am very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend Katie and the company. I just wish the delivery time wasn't quite so long, but the furniture did come within the time frame specified.

   I saw the low google review rate after purchasing our sofa at CR Newmarket and since then I started worrying about my delivery and went to store a couple of times to confirm my order and expected delivery date. The store manager told us don’t worry about the review comments and it will be delivered on time. So I waited to see if anything I worried about would happen but it turned out our furniture arrived on time just as promised with excellent delivery services I wasn’t expected to receive in NZ. I am 100% satisfied with my new sofa and it fits perfectly in our living room. Now I can finally call it my sweet home. Overall, I had a wonderful experience shopping at CR and would definitely come back again should I need any high-end furnitures. Plus the coffee at the store is awesome.
