   Had my car sitting there untouched for about a month on a job they said would only take the week, horrible communication, the price changed multiple times and when I got my car back they initially wouldn’t give me the WOF sheet or any paperwork to say the work they had done on the car. I also had to go back as they did a wheel alignment which made my car start making noises when driving.

   They ripped my mum off were ment to replace the front shocks in a fg falcon and she paid for them to do the work they never replaced the shocks instead said they did and took 500 dollars looking into proceedings this into court

   I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Brent not only got the work done faster than expected, but he also went above and beyond when the weather turned bad—personally helping me out with transport while my vehicle was in the shop. He really got me out of a tight spot, and I genuinely can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!

   I have been here multiple times and these guys are awesome! They always fit me in last minute which I appreciate. The first time I thought I had a puncture and they had my car for a few hours and checked them and couldn’t find anything and didn’t even charge me, another time it was for a WOF and most recently I did actually have a bad puncture but turns out I needed 2x new tyres which are very expensive being run flats but was so appreciative they gave me the best possible price. I’m a single mum so always nervous about being taken advantage of with unnecessary repairs but that definitely doesn’t happen here. Thanks guys :)

   My experience with A1 was very bad, never deal in such a way. I was told the issue would be fully fixed and was asked to make an immediate payment to proceed. Despite assurances that the problem would be resolved, the same issue returned shortly after. I brought the car back, and again, I was asked to pay urgently with promises of a proper fix. This repeated pattern of requesting instant payments while the issue remained unresolved was frustrating. That said, I want to acknowledge Brent, the mechanic, for doing a good job on the repairs he handled. My concern is with the way the situation was managed overall, especially around communication and trust.

   Beakdown service The technician sacrificed his nice and warm Saturday night at home to come and rescue me stranded with a flat battery in New Brighton. The traffic in the area was so bad tonight as the fireworks had just finished, and everyone was hardly able to move in an hour. Took him almost an hour and a half to get to me in that condition, but I couldn't see any frustration when he arrived. The gentleman helped me to jumpstart in a matter of seconds without hassles. Thank you so much, and I can not tell you how much I appreciate your service tonight.

It made the whole process so much easier and saved me a lot of time, stress and hassle. The team was punctual and professional, ensuring that everything was well-coordinated. Throughout the service, I encountered absolutely no issues. Every concern I had was addressed promptly and with a friendly attitude. The communication from the team was top notch.    Fell for their voucher scam - they don't advertise that oil and filters aren't included which I felt was misleading (wouldn't be hard to be up front about this and this is clear everywhere else that advertises services) As soon as questioned about it, they stop replying to phone calls and emails and even get rude and abusive when you do get them on the phone - not great customer service! Should have read the reviews beforehand

   Wouldn’t not recommend this business :( Poor customer service Over charged Owner made inappropriate comments No recipets and charged double Replaced with secondhand parts that were far worse condition Poor attitude from staff Manager was rather rude when discussing the work Will be taking my car somewhere more PROFESSIONAL in future

   Good. Came along with someone whose car was getting repaired. She needed a engine service. I made sure to check the reviews beforehand. Theres a trend of negative reviews and I was was'nt sure it was a friendly environment. But the service was good.
