   Contacted by email as their website wanted $40 to send a screen from auckland to northland. I cited this was excessive and asked for a more accurate shipping cost. My email was ignored. I then bought from xcite bikes in Australia. The screen was 72nzd instead of 95nzd International express freight was $40nzd. I then went to email bike store again about this in the hopes they would bother with their customers in future to find my email address had been blocked rather than replied to about the excessive shipping price. Good luck. You'll need it given years of 1 star reviews and never improving your service.

   STAY FAR AWAY! If you vakue your time and money you will go somewhere else for your parts. After payment has been made there is no communication from the store. No answer on landline, mobile or emails. In fact the email address as been disconnected.

   Very poor communication, despite texts and calls chasing up an outstanding order. Go elsewhere if you want your motorcycle parts to arrive in a timely manner.

   If I could give this clown 0 stars I would have, despite the payment having been made over a week ago I have received no communication despite numerous calls to the Contact Nos on the website. The mysterious Trev strikes again, I didnt pay too much attention to the other review on here so please dont make the same mistake I did.

   Don't Bother. Take your money - no product received. Landline - no answer. Mobile "Trev" never answers or returns calls. Emails go unanswered. UPDATE - item received about 3 weeks after I posted this. No explanation. I'd already fixed the issue so had to laugh. At least I got it!
