I bought two pairs of leggings today and I'm hoping they'll give me the same great results as other Lorna Jane products have. Siaw assisted me, and she was fantastic at recommending options. Even though I called her several times, she never seemed bothered. She went above and beyond, bringing me different products in various sizes to try. Her customer service was outstanding.

Bought 3 items today and got served By 2 amazing sales person. One of then is Siaw and sorry i did not get the name of the other one. They are both very knowledgeable and very supportive. It is my first time shopping in this brand's store and I am so impressed how much they care for clients and willing to go above and beyond. I will definitely go shopping again here and will enjoy my running with the items I bought today.

Quality and making of clothes do not live up to price. Army of junior retail floor team members and the leader looking super PROUD because they stand in the centre counter and with a less approaching , inclusive vibe than H&M and another lower priced clothing labels. It is a shame as the concept of LJ and total branding is exceptional. But again, it does not concern me at all because only the increase/decrease of sales would be the trigger to change/before the label are able to make a change.

I was quite disappointed when I went in to process an exchange and was told by the staff member that I would need to pay a difference β even though I was exchanging for the exact same item, just one size bigger (would completely understand if it was a different colour way or style). I had purchased the item online, and as soon as it arrived, I tried it on and found it to be a little too snug, so I headed straight to the store to exchange it. I was also told that in order to match the price I originally paid, I would need to contact the AI assistant online to give her authority instead. Thankfully her colleague had the initiative to call a manager from another store for this authorisation.

Had the loveliest experience at Lorna Jane Riccarton today. I called in feeling a bit insecure, but was answered with so much kindness and encouraged to come in anyway. The two women on shift around 11am were incredible β they spent over an hour helping me find pieces that made me feel confident and cosy for winter. Iβve honestly never experienced customer service like that. I felt supported, never rushed, and genuinely cared for. So thankful β it meant more than you know!

I got the pink puffer jacket as a birthday present, it was to big so had to exchange it. Was told we couldn't do this in store had to send it back which we did. Sent it away and gotta smaller 1 sent back to me. The 1 I received is damaged and the drawstring on 1 side is not sewn in properly. I would've thought for a $290 jacket the quality would be better.

Poor Quality, Terrible Service I recently had a disappointing experience with Lorna Jane, as the quality of their clothes fell far short of my expectations. Not only did the seams on multiple leggings come undone after just a few months, but the fabric also started to run thin surprisingly quickly. When I took the leggings in to adress the issue, I was advised to purchase another pair, assuring me that they wouldn't have the same problem. However, the replacement leggings suffered from the exact same issues. Seeking an exchange, I encountered unhelpful staff. Despite meeting all the requirements outlined in their online policy, I was frustrated when I was repeatedly advised to purchase yet another pair of leggings that supposedly wouldn't have the same issues. This is the 3rd pair that they've told me will fix all the problems of my last pair. I do not want to spend another $80 on a pair of leggings. All I desired was a simple exchange for a product that was guaranteed would last, and it was disheartening to face resistance from the team in meeting my request. For a brand that positions itself as high-end, the overall quality of Lorna Jane's products is undeniably disappointing. It is disheartening to find that their clothes, fall apart so quickly. One would expect better longevity and resilience from a brand that positions itself as offering premium quality. Unfortunately, my experience with Lorna Jane has left me with the impression that their products do not live up to their reputation or the expectations associated with their price point. Overall, the quality of their products does not justify the high price tag. 0/10 take your money elsewhere, not worth it.

Wish I could give 0 stars, honestly every time I go into this store I swear it gets worse, not even sure how thatβs possible. Never ever get acknowledged, no help and then thereβs always hardly ever any stock. My most recent trip in was to exchange something I brought online as I avoid going instore now itβs that terrible and I left annoyed once again, they wouldnβt give me a refund I walked out with a exchange card as apparently you canβt get a refund on any sale items (Iβm sorry but how are you supposed to know when you canβt try anything on as itβs not stocked instore) and donβt even get me started on the poor quality of the overpriced items now. So excellent now Iβm stuck with a gift card that I donβt want to spend.

WOULD GIVE LESS STARS IF POSSIBLE, ONE IS TOO MANY!!! Received an email from them to review recent purchase, Gave them a 1 star and explanation as to why, just received an email saying they won't be posting it to their website, I guess they just filter out the reviews they don't like, can't do that on Google! Same as other reviews here, Ricc store staff are unhelpful & completely disinterested in customers so much so that we didn't buy anything (also the only customers in store). Now we've looked on Google reviews we can see we aren't the only lucky ones to received such poor service! After telling their online chat about the lack of service was told to order online instead... well that was cancelled by them 2 days later with no explanation! Back to the online chat... apologies here have a free freight voucher & try again... voucher didn't work! Obviously no body high up in this business looks at the incoming reviews or visits the Ricc store, won't be shopping here ever again!
