    I don't even want to give one star . I just visited the cotton on body next to Vodafone shop not the cotton on but body cotton . I walked in at 8 45 . Lady said just let you know we close in 15 minutes. We'll I know bayfair closes at 9 . 5 minutes latter will I was in changing room lady shouted you have 5 minutes. I was there to purchase and I did but this lady is really rude and need to fix her attitude. Might as well close the at 8 45 . Why is the doors open if you don't want to take customer .

    Not recommend at all. I wish I could give ZERO STAR. There is a reason why this store has such a low score. Dreadful and disappointing customer experience. Stupid and not flexible system, staff not willing to help. Ironically it's my very first time to write a review on Google Map. Cotton On really has to improve the stupid membership system and staff manner as they are the customer facing role. The check-out lady (looks young tho) showed impatient and indifferent attitude, and a very arrogant smile, because I was never properly informed of the policy and how to redeem the voucher (too much effort). She even questioned me: maybe you actually don't have the voucher. ???? I spent almost $200 last time and immediately gained a $10 voucher. But I wasn't told that to use it I have to bring up an email with a barcode, which I didn't receive at all. The lady behind me experienced the same trouble, couldn't find the email to spend the voucher. Yes she asked for my email address and could actually see the voucher on the system, but she said she wasn't authorised to use it unless she could scan the voucher. What a dumb design. Nowadays, many businesses are so flexible and friendly with their membership. Look at Life Pharmacy, give your phone number, everything can be tracked and done. I left and decided to NEVER visit Cotton On anymore. Bad experience with the system and staff can actually make you lose customers, in the long run, it's definitely not a good thing. Make some changes.

    My friends and I were just minding our own business, just wanting to shop and try on clothings. When we went to the changing rooms their manager came out of nowhere and was making a fuss, kept asking us if we were done, trying to even open our changing room doors when we weren’t finish, she also yelled at one of her employees due to him β€œnot doing his job right” because he didn’t see us come in which was even more strange, she was also apologising to everyone but us and you could clearly see all the other customers were uncomfortable by her immature fit, telling us to hurry up β€œbecause there was a line” and she even took clothing out of our hands thinking that we weren’t gonna buy it. When in actual fact we were. We found the customer sever very poor and hope that they REPLACE THEIR MANAGER because if not, there will be no one to even want to step into the store again.

    No one knows how hard getting maternity clothing can be here in Tauranga until you experience it personally or from close. Having the only option to buy online (being pregnant for the first time) it's so hard when your body it's totally different and with products posted like this (for $45.00) you will never expect to get only one piece of what looks like a set of an amazing sleep recovery. So tricky and unfair to say the least. On top of that, when going to return the product (which was supposed to be easy) one of the girls staff members at Bayfair made it even harder and the worst experience, questioning why I made the mistake to don't read the very end of the product and put my attention on what you don't see easily. Unbelievable! A maternity section must be considered in store if either the website and staff aren't good enough to have happy pregnant customers. Very disappointed considering that it was one of my fave stores.
