   I brought sandals there on a 2 4 deal in November and they broke so I went in 12/01 just after 5pm and told them the sandals have broken and staff there told me I had to pay more because there on a different deal now and I said no I shouldn't have to pay more there faulty it should be a straight swop coz there the same shoe and they keep saying but its on a different deal tho. I feel so ripped off right now. I asked her if she was the manager she said no and I asked her if she could please call the manager coz that is not right and she replied with my manager doesn't like to be called on her days off, so I asked her to call the Regional manager and she tells me there all on holiday. Iv worked years in retail and I just can't believe what I am hearing its absolutely crazy. I will never shop at Novo shoes again if this is how they do business.

   Yikes customer service, after I expressed I was looking for black ball heels lady showed me literally every shoe in the shop (most of them not even black) I tried to leave but she kept trying to peer pressure me into buying shoes, she then suggested any casual shoes I’d want to buy but I said no because I’m trying to buy ball shoes not casual shoes and then she tried to get me to buy a hand bag for my dress I told her again I wasn’t interested and had to awkwardly shuffle away from the store

   Visited this store on Thursday 1st June around 3-4pm. Young blonde sales girl was extremely unhelpful, no acknowledgement and had to ask for assistance several times, each time threw us a shoe and walked off. We even had to put it back on the shelf for her!! She had no interest in being helpful and it showed. Will never shop here again. Terrible service. I can’t imagine how many sales she loses you due to her non-chalant attitude. As soon as we left, she left the shop either had finished her shift or was going on her break, wondered if that’s why she didn’t want to know us? Absolutely appalling. If there was a no star rating that’s what I’d give.

   Most often in this day and age it is hard to find A++ customer service, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Caitlyn at The Base, she went the absolute extra mile to help me out, succesfully, confidently and cheerfully!!! Novo, remember this and look after her! 2 other staff at Novo also tried hard to help, they also are worth mentioning, shame I don't know their names, 1 was at Manukau the other was Sylvia Park, shame that they couldnt send the shoes to Hamilton, they weren't allowed to, when they really wanted to! Novo, a sale is a sale. Think about it Novo. I tried calling Novo for help, no answer, no replies to my emails even. I want to thank these 3 people. But Caitlyn, is the one who pulled it together to make it happen! She's 1 in a million. THANK YOU CAITLYN. P.S I LOVE the Novo footwear, Novo is second to none for price, style and originality!!    Shoes are stunning, However the customer service is appalling! Took my Bridesmaids in to pick their shoes and all staff walked out. Asked to try on shoes and they left them at the counter. Purchased all shoes on the day. Returned 2 days later to purchase another pair. Staff remembered me but same old poor customer service.

   Poor customer service for my partner. Had to approached counter to staff member. Requested size for a heel and sat down, waited to them. After a while realised that the staff member had put the size on the desk and carried on with something at the desk, without saying anything. When asked if that’s the size requested she said “yeah”, and then once collected shoe from desk, and turned around the staff member said something quietly, unsure what, but I can’t imagine it was good, otherwise she would have said it louder. Such poor service!!!

   Bought my shoes there, saleslady doesnt know how to manage the floor with customers. I have to wait long time for her to accomodate me. So i told her my size and the shoes i want to buy. She check both of the shoes infront of me before putting them to the box so i didnt bother to check them again. Only to find out she gave me different sizes. So i went back the next day to have the sizes corrected and told to come back after 1 hour as she needs to check the storage. After 1 hour she havent done it yet and told me to wait more as her colleague is on break. I started to get mad as she doesn't have much customer and only 3 of us and didnt bother to check my request within the 1 hour she told me to wait. And doesnt feel sorry at all after all the hassle they gave me. Quality of shoes is not good either.
