   Rushed service, messy finish, and nail lifting as it had not cured properly. No after care or thorough inspection once polish was added. I had to wait and ask for someone to remove residual gel build up to be removed from underneath the nail.

   I had such a great experience at professional Nail! The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My nail tech did an amazing job – I showed her a design I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it. I appreciated how gentle and detail-oriented she was, especially during the cuticle work. My nails look beautiful and exactly how I imagined. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend!

   ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! I’ve been to many nail salons before, but this one truly stands out. Even though the salon was super busy (which says a lot!), the team handled everything smoothly and professionally. The staff were warm, welcoming, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. I never felt rushed — they paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the result. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful — clean, elegant, and exactly the design I had in mind. You can tell they take pride in their work, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and friendly. If you’re looking for a place that’s popular for all the right reasons, this is it! I’d definitely recommend booking ahead — they get busy for a reason!

   Very rude people. The second I stepped into the shop I was given attitude, I told them I was happy to pay whatever they wanted as long as they were able to do the nails I wanted but they took my money then told me that they weren’t able to do the design which was very simple because they didn’t have time. The staff was very rude to me and had no patience overall very horrible experience would never recommend.

   had a great pedi spa experience, service was lovely & lady done a great job, idid go home and notice the polish on my toes wasn't upto standard, went back the next morning & the lady fixed them no problems which was really nice. Have been here in the past & no problems. Great prices compared to others. Massage chairs are BOMB.

   Went in on Monday for gel extensions was asked if i had nade a booking. No options to book and tried multiple times to reach them via phone. Gel lady wasn't in that day so told to return the following day. I returned Tuesday called there number no answer, tried to find their facebook, website and via google and no options to speak with anyone. So he basically told me to return on anzac day, chartwell mall website said mall was open from 1pm till 5pm. Went in the following day Wednesday had to wait an hour to get my appointment. Took 2 hours. I prefer gel extensions due to it only taking 60 minutes for application. Lady became frustrated when polish wasnt setting in the corners and messed it up trying to rush the process. Also missed spots on the nail having to go back in and do it again. Polish application was shotty, shaping was not satisfactory but I was just pleased to finally have them done. 2 days pass and one of the nails have snapped. I called the store (very surprised they answered) to be told to come back in at 9am. I asked if they could remove the whole set as I don't feel the rest will last either and I can't keep returning to get them fixed. I was told I needed to speak with the boss. The rest of the issues have been detailed in people's previous reviews. Same issues. I won't return!! I have instead saved myself the trouble of having to ever deal with them again and booked myself somewhere else for removal and to have a whole new set applied. Do not recommend.

   Do not go to this place, it is filthy. They do not sanitise equipment between customers (and possibly ever from the looks of it). The floors are dirty, tables never wiped. It’s an infection waiting to happen. I had SNS done and the lady filed so hard that she cut the side of my finger, and tried to blame me! The top of my nail was lumpy and they also took too much off the nail bed. For the same price you can go to Neon Nails where it is clean and the nail techs are gentle.
