At least have fresh or semi fresh fruit. When I bit into this strawberry it was as soft as butter and mushy on the inside which is signs of rot. Disgusting
I'm always surprised how good the coffees are at NnD (all of them across Dunedin)
The hot food is getting served way too overcooked and left in the oven too long. Chips become hollow so does the coating on the fried items. It may look like it'll be okay but it isn't so I say throw out or eat the overcooked takeaway oven items :)
I was served by 'kaylee'. This was the worst experience I had in my life at a night n day. She was rudist girl. I had taken milk up and was waiting patiently at about 10 pm. She turned to me and no smile. Nothing. I just said just milk please. She rolled her eyes and said rudely. I need to scan it first. I said 'OK then'.She said 'no need to be rude'. I looked at her as if to say I wasn't impressed. She then threw my change at me and I asked her name. She was obviously loving that people saw that. I told her I'd be reporting her as its unacceptable behaviour. Not professional or decent.
Went in for ice cream with my kids tonight, was clearly next in line to be served, only to be ignored and the customer who walked in after us served before us. Ice creams were all different sizes (same price!) The young worker definitely needs a course in customer service and manners, so rude!
Teenage female cashier (3pm thur 24th aug) was very understanding of small child changing her mind twice.... and then dropping jelly beans everywhere. Insisted we didn't have to clean up, we did anyway. Very professional, thank you.

What’s the point in staying open till 11 if you’re going to clean everything at 10? Don’t see how that can be profitable?
I brought the bread which marked as $4.4 but it was cost $5.3 at the cashier. The female staff was rude and unrespectful at all, it was because I wearing the mask? How can you cheat your customer like that? Especially during the tough time of a nationwide lockdown period. Never return
Milk shake was just milk and not put in a mill shake machine. When I rang she said that is how they do them. If I wanted putrid warm milk I could have saved petrol and had milk at home
