   Hi just to inform everyone that goes to Kirk road dairy I have found a hair and possibly a fingernail in my pie I was disgusted by this I rang up and they didn’t do anything about it. And there customer service is shocking I have had money thrown on the counter at me and they take there bad days on other people and one time when my son was picking out an ice cream the laddie told him to hurry up its so shocking if your going to run a dairy run it with kindness and respect others

   Unfortunately this is our only local so we use it regularly. Service is appalling. Last two times I have been in the elderly woman has over charged me twice. Both times I placed items on counter and was still looking around. She tapped her fingers on counter and gave me an impatient look, there was no one else in the shop. She said $9, I grabbed 3 other items that were all up $3, she took her time to re add and then said $15.50 ... I questioned her but because there was someone else in the shop I couldn't be bothered as this is the second time I've caught her out and the first time refunded me. Very sneaky.

   Do not use these people! very impolite Asian man My 3 years old daughter was frighten with his inappropriate approached attitude. Avoid like the plague! He was in the rush to get back inside before I can even ask him where to put the ice cream wrapper. So I did place it nicely on top of the counter where can it easily 'be seen. But instead he raised his voice and said rubbish was outside in an unmanned tone of voice. And then he shouted again saying that'"s rude and pointing his fingers showing direction outside, I am grown up woman who knows what is right and wrong to be told. I may make mistake leaving the wrapper on top of the counter bench but your customer service is very appalling. I'd own business that requires customer service. I dealt with so many issues that far worse, but the way you have had dealt the small issue today you are not a role model especially in front of my young daughter. Next time you should treat your customers the way you would like to be treated.
