The WORST customer service experience in my 10 years NZ life. Mirrou New Lynn is my go to shop, I usually shop there forthnightly, but haven’t experienced such a bad behaviour from a staff member ever. I myself worked in Retail Industry for 4 years, so I well understand customer service standard in NZ and expect no less than any. Today I was in the store around 5pm and wanted to trial a few clothes around 5:30, the elder staff member ( most probably Indian) very rudely refused me to let try the clothes on in the trial room ( she could do it politely, but she choose to order me instead). If you are closing at 6 pm ALL your services MUST be available till 6pm for ALL the customers. So, I needed to buy the items without trial. Then around 5:40 pm in the checkout my sister wanted to pay for some of my items, so we took a bit longer time in the counter while 1 more customer was waiting behind us. In a rude voice the elder staff yelled at us from distance " Can you not confuse her ( the staff member in checkout). I am watching you from last 10 minutes, you are confusing her". I advised her she was rude, and she started again with a authoritative voice , " We are closing at 6 and we need to tidy up. Look behind you, people are waiting". It was such a disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour which Must not be tolerated. Definately not coming back. Such a Shame!

I never experienced such unacceptable behavior from the staff. The mall closing time is 6pm and I was there by 5:15. After surfing the store for 10-15mins when I reached the trial rooms, staff denied letting me in and very rudely said, "we close the trial rooms by 5:30 for our own convenience".. what the hell is that rule. They cannot deny a customer till they are open. And if at all they have any rule they should announce before closing so that people don't waste their time. It was such a turn off, they expect the customer to suffer for their own convenience. That's not a customer's problem if they let them in for shopping they cannot deny if there is still time. That was my only off in the week and I was let down by the staff 30mins before their actual closing time. Ridiculous.

So disappointed and disgusted with the customer service. The sales person lied to me when i asked her to give me the last size which was on the manequin by saying the headoffice was visiting and asked me to come back in half an hour so the clothes looked tidy- found that strange but didnt want to argue. I came back only to find out she was lazy and didnt want to do it as her shift was over. When i requested the other salesperson, she was not willing to do it and said she doesnt know how to. I am 8 months pregnant, was tired after work and she wanted me to take down the manequin and help her. After threatening to complain to the management she did it but was not friendly. I have been a regular customer but dont think i will go back.

Good fashion.Their service is very good some of the customers that complained that the service is bad probably you need to start treating them like human being not a your slave. Don't act like your rich if you are only doing shopping for cheap items but good quality.

I was at this store with my wife on 12th October, 2019, as she wanted to buy couple of dresses. When we were trying to decide between two dresses, a crew member came took a dress from my wife's hand and put it back and turned away like nothing has happened. I confronted her and told her that it was very rude. She waved at us and said go away. My 3 year old son was with us and he felt the discomfort as we teach him to be polite. My wife has bought a lot of stuff from Mirrou before, but today was surely our last visit. Very disgusted with the service received.

Worst service ever I would say , I visited the shop couple of weeks ago and bought almost total of $200 something. So obviously I had a lot of clothes in my hand carrying by myself and on top of that, my 6 months old baby whom I was carrying in baby career. In middle of my shopping I asked the young thin tiny lady at the counter for a shopping carry bag but she replied rudely, she doesn’t have one , i then asked her if there is any way if I can keep my selected clothes by the counter and she denied that too rudely saying she is organising the new stock on the counter and it will get mixed up. I do understand the shop might not have a shopping carry bag but atleast with me carrying baby and bulk of clothes , she should have atleast let me put my selected stuff somewhere as a sake of courtesy !!! But I would like to mention the shop itself is having fabulous collection of clothes , it’s worth going there atleast once and you will be lucky if you get good service from the ladies at the counter or it would be great if you even recieve a hello from the ladies at the counter if they are not busy chatting to each other!!! Management must take some appropriate steps towards the customer service part. Thankyou

Oh my gosh I have to laugh as the service there on all 4 occasions was the worst iv ever received. There was a huge cue for the change rooms while the girls chatted at the counter and when I called a girl over her attitude was disgusting. There was also a frustrated women waiting for ages at counter while the ride sale girl ignored her. The girls find discussing there personal life while you stare at them waiting for them to turn around and serve you. Need way better management in there
