Bad customer service. Only one person at the counter and they were on a video call to someone with their headphones in, ignoring all customers, until I asked for help grabbing a size. The lack of basic social skills, not even just a lack of customer service skills, is mind blowing.
I wouldn't recommend shopping here at all! Today the service was disgusting even when I called to ask about a pair of shoes she couldn't tell me if they had them.The lady didn't approach me for the time I was in shop no hello ect..she just stayed behind the counter leaning against the cupboard that was behind her.The only person who acknowledged me was a young customer who helped me find the correct shoes..
First formal and first pair of heels for my daughter staff were helpful, friendly and extremely patient.
Went to buy some new boots, but was totally ignored by the staff who seemed more interested in talking to each other than providing assistance to customers. Decided to go somewhere else where my custom was wanted.
I love novo shoes but this store seriously needs to up their game when it comes to customer service. Walked in with my friends to try on the boots I saw online, the guy at the counter didn't even greet us, he continued on doing whatever it is he was doing behind the counter. There were a few people who walked in as well and no acknowledgement of anyone's presence. No enthusiasm to help at all or even upsell the shoes and products at the store. Walked out after trying the boots I wanted and just ordered online.
went in today needing a pair of boots, i used to work here and am aware the boots are not on display over the summer but there was always stock out the back to sell. told the girl i was after some boots, she offered me no assistance just bluntly told me these were winter stock. Was also never greeted when I came into the store, not even a smile.
I have placed an order on 6th March'22 at Novo website. On the following day I have received a confirmation email stating that order has been dispatched and have cleared customs on 6th March'22. Till date there is no change in the status of my order on the tracking link. Approached Customer Service Team of Novo and they replied, "I have checked for you and can see your order has cleared the custom". May I please know when am I going receive my order if it has cleared customs on the same day of placing an order? And can somebody give me an accurate answer.
It was an okay experience,got the shoes l wanted and the shop was presentable and tidy.
