I went there today and received incredible service from 3 staff members. They were busy but still attentive and helped me find the items I need and signed me up to the loyalty membership which gets me 10% off every time I shop. I'll be back monthly. There is so much more I want. The bargains are incredible.
I subscribed a year ago yesterday I went to the dress mart store and want a membership discount the answer was no because you subscribe on line but not in the store. Why? Looks like fake discount at the counter additionally a product which supposedly has 50% discounts by Boxing Day when I review the invoice they gave me only 15% totally fake I don’t buy again bye bye CK NZ
Excellent selection of items in the store. We were looking for a ladies bag and found one. The discount was very attractive. They have come a long way from having traditional bags. Time for designer bags now. Not only bags but there is good selection of men’s and other items. I liked variety in sports wear. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Weekends could be busy so ensure you have plenty of time to find the parking and shop.
Not a great experience but also staff shouldn't have blue lips if its freezing felt for them when I went in today. I mean if your gonna only make them wear t-shirts as uniforms they should be allowed to wear jumpers or long sleeves representing the brand its not summer
Went to the store around 11am today, since we walked in, nobody see hi to us or ask if we need any help! Fine! The minute after we paid $278.36 for the items, my wife ask Maxine if we could change one of them to a smaller size, Maxine shows really impatient and roll her eyes up.The experience of this are really bad, none of the staffs working today have a smiling face when customer walk-in. Oops, the only time they were laughing is one of their mate walk into the shop chat with them. Really bad customer service! They really need to be trained!
Went to buy jeans. Girl at the counter didn't offer me to be a member. I had to ask her myself, then she rolled her eyes. Then she charged me more for my items than they were on the price tag, and I cancelled the payment and pointed it out, she got annoyed. Like seriously, now I will double check all reciepts, cause felt like they do it on purpose
Shopped here on 27th of Nov and it was during the black friday sale. The lady who was at the counter and the one who served me was Jackie. She was EXTREMELY RUDE! First time ever that I had a bad experience shopping here in NZ. I was asking her nicely if I could have a look on the price of all the items I got before I pay for it, just to make sure that the price on the tag was right. She was just being rude all the way! Her job is customer service but apparently, she doesn’t know anything about that and clearly, she’s not good at it. Didn’t even say thank you and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME.. very bad manners! I won’t even bother to shop here again. 0/10.
I just shopped from the Calvin Klein apparel store (not the lingerie one) (Sun 7th Aug 1.26pm) The lady at the billing counter was extremely rude. She started getting irritated when I asked her to confirm the prices of some of the items I picked. And then I noticed she asked everyone else who were in the queue before me if they were a member and didn’t ask me. She just billed it straight away and I told her , “I am a member”. She answered straight away “Too late” . No apologies nothing. I insisted I get my membership discount and she still argued it’s too late and then asked me if she should refund and bill again. I asked her to go ahead. Her attitude was horrible. When I asked her why she asked everyone else if they were a member before billing and not me she said “I just forgot” in the most horrendous tone. She showed a lot of disrespect and neither did she apologize or show any form of courtesy. I hope the management looks into this. The worst kind of attitude I have ever received from a customer service person .
