   Poor customer service - I was trying get a replacement pair of jeans and couldn't quite remember the fit/size, so asked for some help, even suggested they could check my customer account and was essentially ignored. She came across as though my presence in the store had inconvenienced her.

   Staff here are helpful and have even helped me get a size they didn’t stock from other stores. Being an outlet you can get some good deals here so this has been my go to store for Rodd and Gunn clothing.

   I visited Hornby Dressmart today in search of shirts for my dad. During my visit, I encountered a situation with one of the female staff members (whom I assume was a shop assistant). I typically shop at Rodd & Gunn due to their consistent quality. While browsing for a gift for my dad, I found a nice shirt on the display table. However, it was a bit wrinkled and dusty, so I searched through the pile to find a neater one. As I was doing this, I noticed that the staff member seemed visibly irritated and inquired about what I was doing. She proceeded to inform me, in a somewhat condescending manner, that they only kept one size in the shop, and the rest were stored in the back of the store. When I asked for a neater shirt in the same size, her response was rather blunt, stating that there was nothing in stock. Due to the unhelpful attitude displayed by this staff member, my family and I decided to purchase the gift elsewhere

   I am an existing customer and here I would like to share my experience visiting this store for the first time this weekend. Good quality clothing is fine but I put customer experience on top. One of their staff member (older lady) literally said to another staff that how these customers are just looking around and not buying anything, making a mess of clothing, while I was standing there. It was so rude. She might have not noticed this but this is how rodd n gunn staff in this branch think of their customers. ill mannered.

   For when country comes to town and wants to feel cityfied. Good job of convincing rural folk they'll blend right in. Bad job in achieving said blend. Extra star for not stocking camo.
