    Attentive, friendly, helpful staff. Nash was great to deal with. Item arrived to our address within the timeframe we were told. Excellent delivery staff as well.

    I received a txt message from them stating they will deliver an item a week early and asked me to send a txt to confirm the earlier date. Subsequently I heard nothing further about this. After 3 phone calls to Nick Scali (the first two not being useful at all), it turns out that my item is still in transit, and they will not deliver it early. Quiet frustrating as I needed to arrange a crane for one of the items to be moved onto the second level of our house so this needs to be canceled now. Also we have been living without a couch for 4 weeks so to now find out we have to wait a week longer than we thought is also annoying. They need to keep a better track of what's actually arrived in their warehouse further update, I've called them like 10 time trying to sort this out. Basically someone on the phone says they can't do anything and the people that can are not replying to them. All I want them to do now is deliver my items that they have in their warehouse that i PAYED for like 2 months ago. Total crap. If I could give them -5 stars I would I've just called them again now. Someone said they will "look into it and call me back". Will see what happens - probably no call is my guess, even less likely to have an actual solution They gave me a call with an update. They said they are "very sorry" about me receiving the wrong txt about an early delivery. They also said they are "very sorry" but they can't unlink my order. This is complete BS and terrible customer services. Most of my order is sitting in their warehouse and they are refusing to deliver it even though I would be willing to pay an extra delivery fee and despite the fact that their website states that orders can be unliked. Having a round about discussion with their call person she said that her manager is telling her that the order can't be unliked. If the CEO of Nick Scali said unlink this order they would find a way to do it in 5 minutes. They just don't want to do it for some reason. ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Got a call back and turns out IT IS possible they can unlink my order (not sure what happened with that impossible earlier), however off course they will charge me for it (even though it's their fault that they gave me the wrong information about the delivery) I told them that's fine I will pay you double just deliver my dam couch so I don't have to sit on the floor.. Will see what happens next (the phone person still needs to go the the manager..) Probably the most likely scenario is that they will still deliver both items on the same day in like a month and charge me double.. called them again 2/10/2025 2:57pm. the previous paragraph was from about 5 hours ago. They never called me back as promised. Nothing appears to be done. They just said they've passed this onto the store who are "looking into it" said to call them tomorrow

The colour really pops in my living room and I have received so many compliments about it. The delivery went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way. You will be my first stop for every furniture purchase from now on : )

    The team at Nick Scali were fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful, patient, accommodating in letting me borrow the fabric swatch to take home for room colour matching. My sofa ended up arriving 4 weeks before my last updated ETA. We love it sooo much. The added technology of the integrated bluetooth speakers adds a touch of posh. The delivery team were also professional, quick to assemble and polite. After this experience, I’d love to buy more pieces from Nick Scali!

    We went to our friend’s house and fell in love with their stunning lounge suite and dining suite last year, finally it is our time to decorate our new house! They highly reccomended us to go and see Rae the sales lady who helped them pick their furniture. We were so impressed with Rae's knowledge of furniture and exceptional customer service, she was so helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process. We initially like 5 lounge suites and we couldn't make a decision as we loved them all, Rae drew every possible plan from those lounge suites to fit into our floor area and personal needs. The promised waiting time was 3.5 months but we were so excited we recieved it one month earlier! We have got so many compliments already on our beautiful dining and lounge suite and could not have done it without you Rae ! Thank you.

    A big shout out to Kayla, at mt Wellington Nick Scali Furniture. My order for a single chair to match my 3 seetee, did not show the correct colour code. After 4 long phone calls to Australia and three visits to the showroom, to get this sorted, Kayla calmly helped me out, explained the change in code number and colours to match my previously purchased couch. All sorted. .thanks Kayla.

    My parents brought a single couch for over $4,000 in 2019. Since then one of the springs has popped up making one side of the couch extremely uncomfortable and unusable for long periods. I understand that it was brought around 3-4 years ago but for a single couch that cost as much as it did you would think it would last longer than it has. My parents have been in contact with the staff who have denied fault and qouted a repair for $500-$700. Extremely disappointing from a high end store that supposedly sells high end furniture.

    DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE! Ordered 3 items in Dec 2022. Delivered in April 23. All 3 items came with problems! 1./ Console table handle was bent. 2./ Dining table was also faulty on delivery. Wanted to cancel the order BUT got rejected, FORCED to wait for next delivery in August 2023 3./ Sofa is wrinkly and sagged, doesn't match the showroom product. Service guy was sent in but couldn't do anything but asked to contact the shop again. Just being sent around the circle with no answer. NS, Do NOT reply here with a template email just with customer name changed. If you really care, you know my number. I will take this matter in a more strigent manner if a must.

    We have purchased a few times from the Mt Wellington store, the staffs were always very helpful! For our recent purchase from this store, Rae and the store manager put in their best effort to follow up and organize the armchair to be delivered to us before the scheduled delivery time ( in August). Rae is very friendly and always in a very professional manner!

    I am extremely disappointed with this company and would give them a zero-star rating if I could. We purchased a dining table and coffee table, only to receive broken products. The coffee table's side was damaged and filled with white fillers, while a portion of the dining table had a mismatched color. We reached out to them for a replacement, and although their official technician confirmed the issues, we received a call stating that these were simply characteristics of the products, not problems. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their response and do not recommend them, especially considering their high prices.
