   Ordered the Koko bagel. The housemade hazelnut chocolate has a burnt taste. These guys should just use Nutella! Also they use a sesame bagel for this. The combination tastes bad! The sesame bagel was burnt when toasted by them. Overall this dish is definitely to be avoided.

   I haven't had a bad hospo experience in a long time and the food itself was decent. Coffee however was burnt to an inch of its life, the salt shaker broke on my bagel and when I asked if there were any gluten free options, I was told they have "guilt-free", no further information was provided. So I am assuming guilt-free = gluten free. The service is the reason I am writing this review. It was absolutely abysmal. Things were mumbled at me, no clear communication, took the person a couple of minutes to walk over to the register even though no one else was waiting to be served and the food and coffee wasn't really called out and thrown on the counter. Everyone has a bad day, so maybe both employees were just having a day, but genuinely was one of the worst customer experiences I had. And I will double down, the coffee was undeniable. The only thing that saves this from a one star is that the bagel was actually decent. Edit: two bagels, one gluten free and two cappuccinos was a whopping $56.00NZ!! That's actually insane, even got an airport

   As a loyal customer at the best ugly in Wellington cbd I was looking forward to getting my favourite tuna bagel while I waited for my flight. I was really disappointed. Tuna melt from this branch did not taste anything like my favourite one in Wellington. The bagel is quite expensive but I look forward to having it as a treat. This one was soggy, overly salted and didn’t have the salsa on the top that I expected. I paid full price ($19) for an underwhelming bagel when I expected consistency across branches. I went to enquire about the salsa I was told there was none and when I expressed my disappointment I was not offered an apology or compensation and the cashier walked away. I’m disappointed that there is not a consistent standard across the branches, and I’m not surprised the other reviews mention the same. Not happy :(

   Located groundside at the Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal in the food court with sushi, noodles and McDonald's, I received friendly service this morning. The last thing I'd eaten was cheese wrap thing on the plane and that was three hours earlier. With a name like "Best Ugly" how could I not? Prices are clearly marked on the large menu board. I opted for the bagel with "house chocolate hazelnut spread" and it did not take long until my name was called. The bagel is served in a paper tray that is super easy to take with you through security if you like but I had time to sit and enjoy it here. Slightly toasted and completely covered in spread, this was a great late breakfast.

   The bagels were not bad, quite nice, but really extremely pricey even for airport standards and this quantity. The tuna bagel was NZD$20!! That's a rip off!

   Got the tuna melt and a oat flat white for a whopping $26.50… tuna melt did not look appetizing, the bagel was stale, and the tuna was still cold. Oat flat tasted like the coffee machine had not been cleaned in a while…. I’d avoid this at all costs and make a trip to Wellington.

   Poor customer service today :( they knew they were out of an ingredient but didn’t pre warn me before my bagel arrived missing a key ingredient. There was no real effort to remedy the situation - I would have chosen a different menu item. Still made to pay full price. Disappointed.

   Am having an early lunch and the bagel is great. Pleasant staff and quick service. I had the white rabbit nice and simple and the other is pastrami cheese and gherkin.
