“Great experience here. Staff are extremely kind and will tend to your medical needs appropriately and will make you feel comfortable. They deserve nothing but the best. Great facility! Plenty of parking”
“DR Sally McLaren is an awesome doctor and will always go the extra mile to help you. Kind and caring. Highly recommended”
“Absolutely brilliant. They always remember me when I call and have fulfilled emergency requests immediately. Very professional and congenial.”
“I cannot thank all the staff at the eye outpatients enough. My surgeons Rebecca Stack and James Corbett who were both amazing when they performed my eye removal surgery at the Christchurch eye surgery clinic in Papanui and all subsequent post op visits, And to the Nurses who went out of their way to provide me the very best of care during my recovery and post op visits. I hope you enjoy the Orchid plant I brought you all as my thank you.”

“Great rest home and hospital for us, and the only Chinese rest home and hospital in Auckland. We are well informed of my dad's progress, staffs there are friendly and helpful, and keep us informed of the patient's situation all the time. My dad never had any complaints about the services he received, so we are happy with them.”
“I live nearby and was surprise to read bad reviews about this clinic. I visited them twice and the Doctor is a great personality and professional”
“So glad they are open even in the weekend…. So helpful”

“Staff are lovely and hard and fast working. Never had any issues”
“Excellent. Because there were a few prescriptions before me, there was a small wait; however this would be expected in most pharmacies. Friendly staff and half price prescription fees compared to other pharmacies. Would go again with hesitation.”
“Great and friendly staff-members there, quick services, and, disable access as well!:)))”
“It really really helped me deal with my emotional human brain. I would recommend anyone having mental health issues request a bed here.”
“I am so grateful to the nurses and doctors at the facility. They are truly lovely. Today, my child was very tired and did not have an appointment. I was very worried. Luckily, the nurse and doctor agreed to see my daughter. I am very grateful to the medical team here. Thanks you so much”
“I like the pharmacy and its staff and services. Giselle is very sweet and always helpful. I never had a problem here!”
“To all the doctors, nurses and support workers in in the kids first ED- from a mom who had two overnight admissions with two of my kids within a week’s span. One a suspected accident related issue and the other a medical issue. You all are superstars, doing your best and beyond tirelessly even in the middle of the night to make sure each and every child is taken care of. Your services are nothing short of legendary. With sincerity I can say both my children were attended and treated to the best care in the best possible duration. Thanks a million once again.”
“Love the free prescriptions here and service has massively improved over the past two years. They also send text reminders of repeats and usually ready within a day.”
“Two weeks ago I was on a cruise to New Zealand. I had had a procedure done prior to leaving Australia and it became infected on the seas. I was hanging to get to Dunedin to get assistance. The staff were just such lovely helpful people right from the moment I arrived to my departure. I was taken care of so professionally by everyone, things were done so I could get back on the ship by days end. A specialist was called, she was just wonderful. All in all the very best experience in an emergency in my life. (I've had a few). Thankyou to everyone, you are a shining beacon to others with your professionalism and empathetic care. I wish you all the very best for the future. Again THANK YOU.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Outstanding GP Dr. Shajuallah Kamali is an exceptional doctor. His calm and gentle manner instantly puts you at ease, making every appointment a positive experience. He listens attentively, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about your well-being. What stands out most is his patience and empathy. No question ever feels too small, and he always takes the time to ensure you feel heard and supported. It’s clear that he is deeply committed to providing the best care possible. “Great service from Andy at this clinic! You are a very helpful and kind person :)”
“I thought the pharmacist was very helpful dealing with my problems and gave me some good advice. Prescriptions were filled very promptly and they had the medications that I needed.”
“We walked in this morning for my baby to see a doctor, I was very grateful to Melanie for accommodating us promptly. She was so nice and offered all the help I need including carrying my baby while filling up my transferral form. And doctor Pang was easy to talk to and gave us the right medication right away. Everything went in smoothly, and I couldn’t be more thankful.❤️”
“I think within this service it's all about who you get. They do have a high turn over of staff (I've been in the service for 3 and a half years and have had 5 case managers and 4 psychiatrists). I think within the service you also have to advocate for yourself as best as possible and if your case manager and/or psychiatrist isnt helping you request to change your team. My last case worker and psychiatrist were people who just weren't a good fit for me so I requested to change my whole team and now I'm being I have an incredibly good relationship with my case worker and psychiatrist. In terms of who you need to have a good relationship with its definitely first and foremost your case worker as they are the ones you have the most interaction with. I'm sorry to hear of all the negative experiences people have had within the service and I could definitely see that being the case. The service definitely could be better. But I'm just lucky my experience has been a pretty satisfactory one. For case managers Filly (though I'm not sure if she still is in that role) and Taryn are INCREDIBLE and have helped me immensely and always advocated for me in terms of voicing how I was feeling to other services when I wasnt strong enough to do so. I saw that someone posted a negative review about the psychiatrist Ingrid, I've found her to be the best psychiatrist I've had so far, soft spoken and asks all the right questions. In terms of groups, I've been in 4 throughout my time and have found them to be helpful both in the social aspect (where I have met some great people) and in their content. Sure, some of the groups I havent found were helpful for me, but when that was the case I still went for the social aspect and learning different skills/gaining knowledge even if so far I havent found information for that particular group helpful. Being a patient within different public services before I kind of knew where my expectations needed to be and they've lived up to that. Being a public service their resources are stretched THIN so for what they are given by the DHB funding wise, I think they are doing the best job they can with what they have been given which is something that I feel should be recognized.”
“kind nurses, doctors and staff, good facilities”
“Very nice service here. All the staffs are very patient and quite warm to me. No need to worry about the languages if you are not the native speakers. They are all try the best to deliver messages clearly in an easy way. They worked efficiently And everything was well organized here. The place is clear and clean. Thanks a lot for Maggie, Jolina, Kayla and doctor Shri Lamba's help. The results comes out quite efficiently.”
