   Just had bad experience with this countdown. We need more human in this earth, I wish my son will not have a black beard like me but still the heart. I was badly discriminated by some customers just because the checkouts were so unmanaged. Honestly, I just went straight where my stuff was left to grab a trolley and yes I informed checkout manger. Very bad experience for a hardworking guy with a good heart. No blame to any of the staff members. Tip for the manager- self checkout making people never come back. Don’t know who’s turn is next. I visit this countdown quite often, I got disrespected, many might have been.Thanks.

   Normally very helpful but today had appalling service from the “manager” on the floor. Asked for information on a product and was brushed off, had to ask again but got a rude unhelpful response of no we don’t have it and walked away.

   As you would expect at a busy pharmacy it can take 15 mins not staffs fault they have a huge amount of scripts to fill. I've always had a positive experience here. I just hand in script and go do my shopping then collect it.

   Really bad service! Lady obviously didn't want to be at work. Got home and only part of prescription rang and same lady told me paracetamol script was on hold till November. Covid was reason. I wasn't told that when I was at counter. She said if it was urgent I could buy some over the counter. I was at home! Have been told this before with other products on script.

   I shop at Countdown and also use the Pharmacy, The staff are lovely asian ladies (sorry not sure in the names girls) are always helpful and make sure im well looked after with my medication and advice and i find Monique very full knowledge and very caring towards her patients. Very busy wee Pharmacy but gets the job done in good time.

   Excellent. Because there were a few prescriptions before me, there was a small wait; however this would be expected in most pharmacies. Friendly staff and half price prescription fees compared to other pharmacies. Would go again with hesitation.
