   The Chinese receptionist is super rude and unqualified. She is absolutely wrong person for a front-desk role. We went to register GP for my mum who just got her residence visa. As both Kiwibank and IRD told to do so to get a proof of address for her bank account and IRD no. Application, which is a common practice as per them. But the receptionist rejected straightway as she is not trained and so hard to communicate. After repeating a few times, she was very reluctant to check with her senior, who helped it out finally. Then she typed my mum’s name wrongly. I didn’t double check and IRD staff found it, we had to go back to correct it. The receptionist even didn't say sorry for her mistake and what we faced was her unhappy face through the whole process. Additionally she also told us to pay $50 for the first consultation which I questioned, as the standard fee for registered elderly is $19.50. She said it’s showed on the price list. She didnt listen to us initially and assumed my mum needs to see GP today, so we need to pay $50. I have never seen such bad receptionist without any service mind anywhere else. I’d rather give 0 to the receptionist.

   I called as I was severely unwell. And this is private GP where you pay more for a consult and they still don't see you. Everytime I ring receptionist says I'm sorry we are fully booked. So basically you have to make appointment before then get sick. And that's only when they will see you. I have been with this clinic for so many years and this is the service they provide. People care is zero. Receptionist is asking me what's wrong as if she can fix me. When you get an appointment you have to still wait more than 30 mins to be seen. Management of this private clinic is terrible and if i could I would give a 0 rating.

   I am so grateful to the nurses and doctors at the facility. They are truly lovely. Today, my child was very tired and did not have an appointment. I was very worried. Luckily, the nurse and doctor agreed to see my daughter. I am very grateful to the medical team here. Thanks you so much

   This is our first time in this centre. We are from Sydney. We looked at the reviews from google and it was really good. So we decided to go to see the doctors. Upon reaching to the centre, we couldn’t see any receptionist at the reception desk. We stand there for a bit and then someone I guess a receptionist from the back room yelled and asked you need anything? . We said we wanted to see a doctor if we could please but very rudely the receptionist replied saying we don’t take any casuals fully booked. I understand you don’t take any casual and you are fully booked but there is a nicer way to speak to the customer. Honestly, I have never seen this pathetic customer receptionist in such critical business. We wanted to register but we returned without registration. Someone higher up needs to teach this receptionist how to deal with customer, not standing in the back room and yelled out to the customer. I have given 1 star , it’s because I couldn’t post my review without giving any star.

   I’ve been trying to ring multiple times a day to get an appointment for over a week. No answer at all. Neither would they accept me to walk in and see the doctors. Is not answering the phone to have no appointments a good way to kill time and get paid for it? Pretty pathetic.

   I have been to middle more - starship - white cross! My babies cradle cap was getting worst with every cream and Lotion they provided me and I was following instructions they gave…but her head got infected! The doctor at family manukau family doctors provided my baby with a scalp lotion and antibiotics and advised me I didn’t need to bathe her everyday as it’s not needed. On her 3rd day she has healed better! And her cradle cap disappearing fast! I have been so stressed for the past 2 months and I should have seen him sooner! Thank you for everything team!

   Trying to ring all day to make an appointment ph just rings and rings then goes to answering machine I've left a number of messengers to.get hold of me but nothing bloody hopeless changing my Dr's tomorrow
