   Lady with headscarf, does not listen at all when I say my name and even when I write my name/address down still finds a way to berate me. Happens every single time 5x but when I get someone else they have absolutely no issue. Clearly doing it for her own amusement and needs to be moved on. Do not waste your time.

   There is one staff who is very rude. The other guy and girls were very nice. I think they have another review posted about them but how would they learn. New updates Things are turning better then current staff is more courteous and helpful. Thanks Woolworths.

   Extremely rude staff member wearing headscarf, I didn’t get her name. She berated me over the phone and in person. I’ve noticed other negative reviews about the same woman. This went on until I meekly asked if I could just have my medication. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

   Amazing staff and customer service in store and over the phone. Excellent communication with text messages about prescriptions. Only downfall is they claim to close at 8pm - this may be true in store but this pharmacy will not answer your calls after 7pm. Not sure why. Have tried on several occasions.

   Mostly good, but they've given me the wrong medication a couple of times, & I had to go out of my way to fix the problem. Now the young boy with control issues, won't give me my repeat prescription before I go away & is asking me lots of invasive personal questions about why I need to collect a repeat just a week early! Once the manager returns "maybe Sunday or Monday" it can be sorted out, but Ari won't dispense my repeat prescription apparently!? He was RUDE & CONDESCENDING & PATERNALISTIC!! :'(

   Booked a flu vaccine over the phone and planned it for my lunch break - the guy on the phone confirmed noon, multiple times. (I said midday when I requested, he replied twelve o’clock, then later again said noon.) I walked over, spending 15min of my lunch break, only to be told he’d made my appointment for 2pm. (No offer to squeeze me in and since I’ve now wasted most of my lunch for a jab that didn’t happen I’m seriously frustrated.) Given they can’t even manage to book an appointment with any competency, I definitely don’t trust them to give me a jab, so will not be rescheduling with them, will go somewhere competent. Definitely don’t recommend.

   Pharmacy staff are always friendly and easily approachable. They always ask if I used the medication before, and if not then they will take sometime to explain right way to admit medicine as well as side effects - this is how professional pharmacist should do but often other pharmacists don't bother. I always come here for my prescription due to great service I experienced, as well as cheaper prescription cost, in fact they waved this now, and convenient extended open hours.
