This team is kind to children. There is a very professional doctor here. He's Dr. Park. My family experienced quick and accurate medical treatment here.
One of the worst experiences my parents ever had. Firstly, they only allowed in one person at a time, despite being family members. I don’t mind them charging for the cost of 2 appointments, but the fact that they didn’t allow support/family to enter the consultation room together was very concerning. Secondly, the doctor that my parents had showed absolutely no empathy nor consideration to my parents concerns. They made them do multiple blood tests and no solution to any of the concerns that they had, despite one of them needing surgery to which they ignored. I moved my parents to a different clinic and straight away they referred my parent to a public hospital to which they organised a slot for surgery almost immediately. Surprising as the doctor from this clinic didn’t even consider to do. Would not recommend this clinic at all and would advise avoiding.
The doctor was very helpful and informative. However the experience was ruined by the receptionist who was very unpleasant to talk to on the phone and to face to face. So unhelpful and rude.
