   They currently have no doctors. Reception said they would get a nurse to call for referral to another place, but never called.

   Dr. Andra Cleland displays a significant lack of patience, empathy, and the desire to help. She kept brushing off my symptoms and interrupting me when I was trying to explain things to her. I had to call back to chase up the doctor's note. When I got to my pharmacy, they told me they hadn't received any prescription. I called Unitec, and they said there was a 'system error' and it wasn't sent. They assured me they would call me back soon, but I never received a callback. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to go home. I called them again, and the lady was kind enough to request the doctor to send it. I wonder if it was really a 'system error' or if they simply didn't send it the first time, just like the doctor's note.

   The feeling I get from my GP, Dr. Yvonne Greenfield is that she listens to me carefully with very kind manner, and does not ignore even the smallest symptoms, and she follows up on them very sincerely. She treats patients with her heart and thereby gives them trust and comfort. The nurse, Sally was also very supportive and kind. I appreciate all the team at Unitec Health. Highly recommended. A+++++

   Do not see Dr Cleland, she is rude and if you have any mental health concerns will insult them or deny them.
