   I called ahead and told the pharmacy I was on my way because I knew it was close to closing. I arrive 5 minutes before closing and the pharmacy is closed. I understand that it’s a Friday night and you want to go home but if you’re payed to be there till a certain time it is expected that you are there so people do not miss out on their medication. Really awful health practice.

   I go here alot, they act like they have never seen me before everyytime I go there. Does anyone there have a pulse? Quite ride service, uncaring and act like they hate their jobs. Do better countdown!!!! Can we get someone in there who cares about sick people???

   I just gave the store 10/10 this morning online but now I'm going to have to change pharmacies again after calling to check if they had my prescription. I couldn't understand a word they said as they don't have clear enough English to communicate. I was very calm & patient & tried to explain repeatedly what I needed but got nowhere. Not even one sentence was understood. Is there a translator in the store who can help answer my simple query???

   Awful honestly. They give out prescriptions in a strange way, offering 3 months worth of one medication at once and only 1 month of another without explaining. I thought they had given me a different dose. They also answer the phone about 10% of the time. Spoke with my doctor and they said they have other patients who had similar issues here. Switched pharmacy almost immediately.

   They have no idea what they are doing, I travelled all the way there yesterday on a bus while sick as a dog and they told me my script was not there, my doctor was closed at this point. I waited 12 hours until they reopened and had them contact this pharmacy. The man said again, my script was not there. She got them to check again and it magically appeared. Let's just say I wont be using this completely useless pharmacy again as they employ incompetent people.
