Worst experience! Waited on the phone to book appointment for almost 3hrs since 5:30pm and couldnβt get through anyone even phone system Keep saying that Iβm next in the queue for last 1.5hrs and for whole time it was just 5 calls waiting on the queue. Itβs better to either close this place or give it out to new management who can maintain and serve the patients, customers and community better.

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist during my weekend visit. The Indian lady at the front desk, with brown eyes, showed very poor customer service. She spoke to patients in a rude and dismissive way, as if we were bothering her. Her tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is not acceptable in a healthcare setting. However, I want to mention that the nurses and doctors were very friendly and professional. My only negative experience was with the receptionist.

During my visit to the GP practice, I found the receptionist to be extremely rude and dismissive. Receptionists are often the first point of contact, and their attitude sets the tone for the whole practice. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the lack of basic courtesy and empathy left me feeling disrespected and upset. I understand that GP can be very busy, but there is never an excuse for speaking to patients in such an unprofessional manner. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to ensure patients are treated with kindness and respect in the future

I would like to share my recent experience regarding the service at your reception. Unfortunately, I found the reception staff to be unhelpful and discourteous. The staff member with short hair (of Fijian-Indian background) behaved in an unprofessional manner, speaking as though he were a doctor rather than reception staff. Additionally, the female receptionist (of Indian background) did not treat customers respectfully and appeared uninterested in assisting. Both staff members showed a lack of basic courtesy, including friendliness and a welcoming attitude. 128 reviews about reception and no any change??

I arrived at clinic with my child to see doctor at 8:09 a.m. and am still waiting to see a doctor at 11:30 During this time, I have noticed that several patients who arrived after me have already seen by doctor n left, When I enquired with the receptionist, I was advised that some patients choose to see a specific doctor, which places them ahead in the queue. I find this system concerning, frustrating as patients who have not requested a particular doctor may also have urgent medical needs and should be attended to in a fair and transparent manner to ensure fairness for all.

Patient who come in the morning 9:00 will go back home by 5:00pm for sure. Nobody even care not the Management or Nurses or GP. Waiting time is worst. We are sitting from morning to evening without having food. Even if we are asking them that can we go home and if you can call back that would be helpful but They answering that we are not allowed and we donβt call back anyone & You have to wait in queue. Where this is come from ? This not my first time opinions we understand about staff shortages. Better to stay home. I am working in healthcare sector so I know that staff shortages everywhere but that is problems suffering Patients who is waiting longer and longer not Management. Instead of that they can send them home to feel free and call them back for GP.

bad service, waited 3 hours for a 2 minute check up. heard the doctor give his friend special treatment and gave him a check up as soon as his friend walked in and then also let another woman jump the que and get her check up as soon as she walked in. receptionists are very rude and seem like they donβt wanna be there, seemed like a unnecessary wait for 3 hours just to have a 2 min half asked check up. would not recommend for anyone to go here

The doctor and nurse were ok. But the receptionists are nightmare. They simply put us aside from the queue for more than three hours. I think you have to be their family friend or speak their language to get into the normal queue or prioritised. They will be grumpy if you speak in english.

This place is a joke. They are very happy to leave there sick patients outside in the cold, wet weather because there doctors are late every single day. There wait times are ridiculous and there receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Hire doctors that come to wrok on time and better receptionists with manners.

Not the best clinic. Even if you have an appointment, you still may have to wait up to 45 mins to see a doctor. In addition, getting a hold of reception is a mess. You'll be on hold for up to 30 mins. I'm currently looking to enrol at a different clinic.
