“I am a massive fan of Valka Yoga products. I purchased my mat about a year ago and it still looks like new. I absolutely LOVE it and I use it everyday. It has such a beautiful energy that I usually leave it out ready for tomorrow, instead of packing it away. It’s inspirational! Also, I highly recommend the copper drink bottles. After about a year of use my husband and I continue to use these everyday and we’re 100,000% satisfied with the quality. They’re truly forever bottles. I have the copper bracelet too, but it’s now a part of me, I forgot about it, so it’s not in the photo. I get a lot of comments because it’s so dainty compared the ugly copper bracelets you see at pharmacies. Finally, EVERYONE needs to buy a yoga belt. These days we spend so much time on devices… I’ve noticed that even teens are looking hunchbacked. I’m hyper flexible so don’t really use it in my yoga routine, but I couldn’t live without it as a posture brace. There are so many YouTube tutorials showing how to use a belt for posture correction/back pain and it’s also my to go to for shoulder stretches. Once he quickly worked out there may be a muscle tear he referred me for an urgent ultrasound, came back quickly with the result and referred me for further care. I walked into the studio and i immediately felt a sense of peace - like i was at home. There were so many smiling faces, it was enough to make even the saddest person feel warmth. As i was looking around, the most beautiful yet kind face approaches me to talk. Little did i know that this was the famous 'Karry Summers'. Did i even have a suspicion that this person is followed by many on Instagram? Not at all because no one is humble like Karry. She gently chats away to me and invites me to come for my very own planned, personal and guided tour. After the tour, there was no way i could deny signing up, this place was truly incredible. One year of attendance to Altitude Pole and Fitness had passed by and i felt amazing. I was fit, strong, healthy, and creative. People who had not seen me prior to starting Altitude Pole and Fitness could not believe the changes that occurred as a result of attending classes. My life had truly changed for the better.
