Outraged having to sit and wait on the phone for over 10 minutes and still nothing the reception has been poorly set up please do better how do you expect anyone to book an appointment this is outrageous and simply proves nzs health system is pathetic no wonder half the city has chlaymidia
I came in for an appointment and was told that someone had moved it a week into the future, without notifying me. Firstly, I came into town specially for the appointment, and secondly, it was for a sensitive ongoing issue that I had already spent a month waiting for to see Dr Jane. I informed the receptionists that it was urgent and affecting many areas of my life, and could not wait a week. From them, there was zero empathy or a will to make something work to address their own admin mistake. I guess this is the price we pay for a free health service, even if it is at a sexual health clinic that has many people coming through it with sensitive, critical issues. If not for Dr Jane being such a thorough and considerate doctor, I would not be returning.
Pathetic, haven't done anything for me. Aggravated my condition. I'm angry they won't acknowledge that
Really kind reception However horrible nurse I understand they’re very busy however I got a call from a nurse to see if I needed to come in. After discussing that they couldn’t help me I asked if there’s a Gynaecologist they recommend and she said “I don’t have a pet gynaecologist” Her tone was flat and rude the whole time Then at the end of the phone call she said “okay go off” She recommended going to after hours which I don’t think is fair to after hours as they are really busy and I don’t have ab emergency going on If you’re stressed about your health try somewhere else
Heather is absolutely lovely, she listened to me and actually cared!! The staff are so kind.
Extremely unorganized and flawed. I've called 4 times for an appointment. But you can't call and make and appointment because they are time wasters. Instead they call you back. They seem to expect people to be available and answer personal questions when they decide to call you back. Its ridiculous to be expect to stay home waiting for a call back. When you call like at a REAL dr office they should just give you an appointment. Total waste of time. Just go see your real dr
All around a great experience, the staff were so kind, informative and non judgemental! It was also free, which is especially nice for someone who is not a NZ citizen! 10/10 would recommend.
Great experience here. Staff are extremely kind and will tend to your medical needs appropriately and will make you feel comfortable. They deserve nothing but the best. Great facility! Plenty of parking
awesome place, awesome people, friendly, professional, helpful.... it's like they can't do enough for you. free for anyone regardless of where you come from. if you've been thinking of getting yourself checked out, give them a call, make an appointment, it's that easy. you'll be so glad you did. :-)
