    They are a bit slow when it comes to filling prescriptions and even when you select a pick up time in the app they still don't do it unless you come in person or call to confirm. Other than this they are lovely people and I guess they have high demand being a free service so need to prioritize what gets filled and when.

    Horrible service. Extremely unprofessional. They have lost scripts more than once before finally finding them. If you want free scripts go to the bargain chemist, at least they are professional.

    Really bad service, always say they do not have my prescription when I show up. I check with the practice who say they have sent it, they Check again and all of a sudden have it. This happens every time I come here.
