If you want to do INZ Medical, I don't recommend this place. It's taking too much money, and you have to wait for an appointment. There is another place you can go and do it one day with a low price in an efficient way. So easy way to save your time and money. Thanks

I saw the GP at Local Doctors Lincoln Road and was really impressed. The doctor listened carefully, explained clearly and made me feel comfortable. The nurses were also kind and helpful. Booking was easy and the clinic was clean. I’m very happy with the care I received and highly recommend this GP.”

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience with your clinic at Lincoln Road. I had an appointment scheduled for today, but I received a call informing me that it was cancelled because the doctor was unwell. I completely understand that such situations can happen, and I was willing to see another doctor instead. Unfortunately, I was told that no alternative appointments are available until 8 October 2025, and that I should go to the hospital instead. As a pregnant patient, this situation has caused me significant stress, especially since I had booked this appointment two weeks ago and urgently need to see a doctor. While I understand that emergencies occur, I believe it is the clinic’s responsibility to provide support or alternative solutions for patientsβ€”especially new patients who are expecting. Being advised only to go to the hospital, where the waiting time can be up to 5–8 hours, does not feel like an acceptable solution. I kindly ask that the clinic reviews this matter and considers ways to better support patients when appointments are cancelled by the clinic, as this situation has left me very disappointed.

We walked in this morning for my baby to see a doctor, I was very grateful to Melanie for accommodating us promptly. She was so nice and offered all the help I need including carrying my baby while filling up my transferral form. And doctor Pang was easy to talk to and gave us the right medication right away. Everything went in smoothly, and I couldn’t be more thankful.❀️

Extremely disappointed with the service. Trying to book appointments has been a constant headache, and the receptionist has been the biggest issue- not trying to be racist but the Indian lady. She’s unhelpful, lacks basic knowledge, and shows no initiativeβ€”making every interaction unnecessarily difficult. Whether over the phone or in person, she consistently failed to provide clear answers or proper assistance. For a medical clinic, having someone like this as the first point of contact is unacceptable. This kind of incompetence seriously affects the quality of patient care. Management needs to take this seriously and train their staff properly.

Is there a no star option. When we came to enroll, they said they do walk in. When we sick and we needed to see a doctor, they said no walk in and no available appointment till next 2 weeks. They said go to next door A & E. Also, they charged $30 on the first visit regardless of age or community service card holders. Be ware of this clinic.

No star should be an option. Firstly, I got there 15 minutes early for my appointment only to see Dr. Hanie Nasir who saw me late (which was five mintues within my appointment time). When I went to tell him about another health issue, he claimed my time was up and that I needed to schedule another appointment. I had told him about only one health issue I was experiencing, and he made recommendations rather quickly. I waited about two weeks to see a doctor, and I only had a brief encounter with him (only 10 mintues with him). I even came early for my appointment, yet was seen late. I was devastated because I desperately needed assistance with my second health issue. I've seen Dr. Hanie Nasir a few times, and each time, he has prescribed the appropriate drugs, etc. But this time it was disappointing, especially after waiting so long to see a doctor, that it seemed like he was in a hurry this time and was not bothered to help more. Second, the receptionist that day (a young lady) was really unkind and had bad attitude. She spoke in a stern and unpleasant manner. I complained about her after receiving a text asking for feedback on my experience the last time I visited. It is unacceptable to see that she continues to lack decent communication skills and be disrespectful. Is our input being considered, or are they just swept under the rug? Extremely disappointed with this medical facility. Nothing appears to be changing. Looking at the reviews 99% of them have had very bad experience here! DO BETTER! Changes must be made by those in authority so patients are to be heard and, especially, feel comfortable. We are paying to recieve the service that we need! When someone is ill, no one likes to be hustled and treated cruelly!

Disappointing Experience with Dr. Hanie Nasir My father recently had the opportunity to visit Dr. Hanie Nasir as his primary care physician, and I must say that he was extremely disappointed with the experience. Dr. Nasir proved to be a very unfriendly doctor who does not treat his patients courteously and even treats different patients in different ways. During his visits, Dr. Nasir was mostly in a bad mood and showed no empathy towards my concerns. Every time he spokes with him, he seemed to quickly become angry and used an unfriendly tone that made positive communication nearly impossible. Furthermore, my father noticed that Dr. Nasir showed absolutely no helpfulness when it came to signatures and documents. There was even a distressing situation where my father needed emergency treatment and was experiencing high blood pressure. Instead of taking care of him and providing the necessary treatment, Dr. Nasir was not prepared and suggested taking him to the hospital. This behavior does not demonstrate responsibility or a professional ethos. In conclusion, I can say that Dr. Hanie Nasir is not a compassionate doctor, and my father personally will never visit his practice again. It is disappointing to encounter a physician who is not only unfriendly and ill-tempered but also lacks the necessary empathy for his patients. As a patient, one should be able to rely on a trustworthy and empathetic doctor, and that was not the case with Dr. Nasir.

My appointment was booked for 3pm and was called to ask to come in at 4pm as the doctor who was suppose to see me was sick. I thought when I changed from one to clinic to this one that it waa a good place to be seen at, but twice I have been ignored and have waited an hour or half an hour to be seen by a male doctor instead of a female doctor as requested ( but he was very very caring) and to hear that I didn't come up to the desk really annoyed me. Their staff need to be more alert. Sitting in the front of a computer doesnt help

I feel giving this place 1 star is being generous. The office staff here are miserable, never smile (unless laughing amongst themselves) and are never friendly. Office manager even argued with me at one stage regarding a customer service issue. The most satisfaction I've ever gotten from this place was the day I made the decision to leave this practice. The ONLY good thing about this practice was Doctor Kala. She was awesome, however always busy, probably due to her being so popular. I've now gone to A&E New Lynn who have many more doctors & staff, like Dr Kala, who actually care.
