Absolutely brilliant. They always remember me when I call and have fulfilled emergency requests immediately. Very professional and congenial.
Tried getting lozenges and proper coral but was made to feel like a criminal and had to wait about 5 mins for them to decide. What would I do with one packet codral? Get real and give sick people medicine!
I stood in the queue behind one person who was already served and waiting to collect. The pharmacist totally ignored me and went to serve another European lady. She pointed to me saying she came first . He waved off her gesture and took the prescription from her . He served another male before he bothered to serve me . Total disregard , appalled at the racism, serving whites first . He himself being an Asian. Never faced this in 25 yrs in NZ .
Very poor information delivery. Twice the pharmacy has rung my doctor and changed a prescription due to lack of availability and not passed on the information to me re the changes leaving me confused. There are a number of pharmacists working there and the notes between those pharmacists working on different days are not systematically processed or passed on to the customers. The manager here is rude and dismissive of feedback. I will be changing where I go because the misinformation or lack of information and the lack of concern regarding the failed information processes seem to disrespect the prescription customer.

Free or subsidised prescriptions which is great. But no where to sit and wait if you're not feeling fit to stand or look around the store. Also, unless the occasional fill in pharmacist is there you never get the personal touch from the pharmacists. They don't give any info about medications or talk to you at all.
