Great rest home and hospital for us, and the only Chinese rest home and hospital in Auckland. We are well informed of my dad's progress, staffs there are friendly and helpful, and keep us informed of the patient's situation all the time. My dad never had any complaints about the services he received, so we are happy with them.
Absolutely terrible experience.
Brief interaction with the grounds manager or supervisor (I think) when we were donating fresh goods. He was rude, wanted the goods but extremely ungrateful. Made us regret donating but hopefully the residents and patients benefit from it. I sure hope the staff, residents and patients are treated well unlike what we experienced.
