   had a good experience with Tarryn when i was really depressed and was placed into respite with her help, however Gina called me today after my 2 month long manic episode and blamed it on alcohol and said i cant go respite and was asking irrelevant questions about my boyfriend mind you im 19 years old! never will speak to Gina again TERRIBLE customer service, no empathy lack of care or consideration. Said i'm not manic and i should just stop drinking ridiculous Disgusting behaviour from Gina.

   Not happy with anything this unit does. In particular the care or lack of extended toward myself, don't return phone calls just ignore me, regarding my son who was one of their clients. While under this units care my son committed suicide.

   Worst "service" i have ever experienced. I missed their phone calls cause they only call at noon time Which is an inconvenient time for me. They have only left a message to me yesterday asked for a return call and i have already called them twice. The receptionist and the nurse refused to grasp my name even tho i speak fluent English and they obviously have my file. In the message they said i can call during office time but apparently they gonna have me to call them again tmrw cuz their "telephone time ends at 3pm". Even tho they have already picked up the phone they still won't just talk to me? What a joke.

   I had been using this clinic ever seemed i was unwell,i left because I didn't think they can help with my issue,the funny thing was the nurse suggested you to divorce because she didn't think mental health can get married and live stable life,well nurse should be there to support the recovery of patient but no carry stigma towards patients

   Worst doctors I have ever come across. Ordered a script on a Tuesday ran out of pills on the Fri and was told buy the nurse the doctor said he will be OK till Monday. I am no allowed to stop taking this medicine. I cannot believe this is happening. I'm not even sure its legal

   Understaffed and lacking funding, but they do pretty well with what they have. Therapists and key workers are great. Reception is bad though - they say they'll let the therapists/doctor/etc know when you arrive but they don't. I have to text my key worker when I arrive otherwise she has no way of knowing.

   Doctors and nurses are amazing, so unfortunate the reception team let them down so badly. They dont announce the call to the doctor, they dont tell you they are transferring, they are rude and sit there gossiping in front the whole waiting room, what a disgrace to their team.
